A dangerous place with scary people. They dropped my car from a flatbed into their horror movie holding lot, which broke my cars radiator, front bumper and right fender. When I went to pick up the car, they purposely blocked my exit with large equipment so I wouldnt see the damage. When confronted, they denied the damage and when I took a photo of their lot to expose the conditions they threatened me. BTW, they have contacts with local police departments (Buffalo Grove and Arlington Heights, probably others as well) so the cops will do nothing about their unlawful actions. Enter this property at your own risk because the lot is extremely hazardous and the employees are way worse. Please, DO NOT patronize this business.

The tow truck driver rick arrived with a completely rude attitude. When he told me that it will be $200 to tow my car .7 of a mile I was shocked. I asked if he can put my car down, since by that time it was already hooked up without getting my permission, and ricky refused. He told me I need to give him $200 and he can put my car down. He was holding it hostage until I paid the crazy amount. Very rude behavior. Very mean. This was just after an accident and all he wanted to do is rob an individual during an unfortunate situation. Please do not use these guys!!! they need to be investigated!!!

This place robs you blind literally. My sons car was towed twice. Less than 24 hrs holding my sons car charging - 1st time $500. 2nd time $300 plus my sons wallet was left in the car and was gone when we picked up the car. $400 and all credit cards and license missing. I guess the wallet grew legs and ran off. Not to mention the people are rude and a complete eye sore in Arlington Heights! This towing company needs to be investigated.

Only allows certain towing companies on their premises even though I released the vehicle to State Farm and their authorized 3rd party towing company. Then to make matters worse they only take cash?? Buffalo Grove Police Department needs to find a different place to have vehicles from an accident in their jurisdiction. My car sat there for 6 days

Horrible service, damaged my car, made me pay more then I was told, and overall a disgusting group of people who call themselves hillside auto. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO FORK OUT CA$H AND BE HASSLED FOR NO REASON.

Its too packed, less than 6 inches space between 2 cars . Insurance assesor can not even look at the damage properly.
