I went in to have a front bumper replacement. First off, the guy who helped me was extremely creepy and overly inappropriate. He asked too many personal questions and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. That aside, they are extremely unresponsive. They told me it would be a week for my bumper to come in. Did they ever call to let me know it came in? OF COURSE NOT! Had to call myself to find out it had some in 3 days ago. Flash forward a a month later, the bumper clips become loose and the bumper liner gets caught in the wheel of the car and tears off a chunk of the liner and now the bumper is not secured. Went back to complain and the guy said its not their problem - they only guarantee the actual bumper. They wanted me to purchase the bumper liner. Never going to them again. Unprofessional and unreliable!

I was hit from behind and brought my insurance check to get the work done. They fixed my honda civic in under a week. They also touched up some old dents and did a great job. They told me there is new management, I never came to the old shop but these guys were great. Mike and Phil helped me out, thanks guys.

I was turning my car in after the lease was up and the dealership wanted to charge me $800 to fix my bumper and dents on the doors. I brought it to Maaco and they fixed everything for less than half that in 2 days. Highly recommended.

Dont take your car there. DONT!!!! The retards call themselves finish with my car, I look under the hood EVERYTHING IS GONE EXCEPT THE ENGINE! Had to just about threaten the owner to make it right. That guy Ron is a retard!
