My car window was fixed about 2 months ago by Abra’s Tech Chris, which told me that I had no warranty so I thought okay since it’s not oem than whatever. A few days after the repair the window wont budge after it rained, once it dried up it worked. Then, a few days ago, the window opened with a loud thud and crash and now it wont open. Called Abra, they sent me another tech (Blake), he heard the crash and thud too, stated maybe glass was still stuck and then lubed up my window and then stated if it doesnt open bring it back to the West Alis shop. Thats what I did after an hour, which the window didnt work. Then the shop states my regulator was broken and thats why my window wont go up or down. So Im like how can that be when I still see the guide move up and down, the gentleman then tells me he doesnt know that. As I leave he tells me to go to Honda, and they are going to charge me $115 just to look at the window, but why would I do that when I paid $200 to get it fix by ABRA. Okay, 30mins later my window falls and I catch it before it hits the bottom of my car door, and now my window works again because ask I push up on the button my windows moves up....wait wasnt I just told that my regulator was broken. And wasnt my window supposed to be on glass mounts because surely enough it fell from the top of the window almost to the bottom. And now as I call customer services they are still giving me the roundabout. Im supposed to wait for a Bray May to call me and no one has called yet. THIS WAS AND STILL IS HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I unfortunately have had to use Abbra several times. Each time I took it to the West All is office and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They are fast with repairs and most importantly the quality is superb. From Terri at the front desk to Dick, who did our estimates, was awesome each time. Even though our vehicle had to go to another ABRA on two ocassions, we got the same quality and service. The only complaint I have is the ABRA off of Rawson in Franklin, they used a auto business next to them called Girards Service Center to get an estimate on a mechanical issue that evidently wasnt part of the accident. I took the estimate to an auto machanic Ive used for years and first of all, the estimate was twice as high as it should have been, they double charged me for a part, and their diagnosis of the problem was completely wrong. I know its not ABRA but they recommended them and use them alot for other services. ABRA should use caution with those they associate with to ensure that relationship doesnt negatively affect ABRA.

My Suv was in an accident recently. My dealer recommend West Allis Abra body shop. They told me they send all there car to this company. I went made an appointment, took my Suv to fix and I have a brand new car; you cant even tell it was in an accident. I consider they did a excellent job overall including customer service since you step you foot in the door they greeted you kindly and answer all my questions. The manager was also very nice and clear my doubts, the technician that took care of the fixing part was marvelous, Don would give me updates of everything that was happening from the shipping to what they where going to work for the day. I felt very comfortable knowing what was happening every step of the way. Thank you very much!!

My windshield was replaced a few months ago. Soon after my windshield wipers would get stuck when I used them, and after awhile my left wiper stopped working completely. The technicians stated it was my windshield motor and that they had seen some problem with it when replacing my windshield but since they couldnt get a hold of anyone they replaced the windshield anyway. My wipers were fixed for free but were very loud when I used them. The wipers worked for a few months and then the wipers completely died today as I was driving in the rain. I dont recommend Abra, they are terrible and I dont plan on going back there.

I just had my car fixed at Abra on 113th Street after having a run-in with a deer. The experience was five star from beginning to end. The woman the took my car in was friendly, thorough, professional and very helpful. The General Manager made sure to meet me when I arrived AND when I picked up my car. The estimate was fair and the work was perfect. This place is clean, friendly, reasonably priced, timely AND they send texts updates throughout the process. I hope I dont have a need for auto body repair in the future, but I wouldnt hesitate to go to Abra if I do.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The people that work at this shop are liars and manipulators and dont think speaking to Stacy the manager is going to get you some where. Stacy was very rude and cocky and wouldnt listen to anything I had to say; even though her staff were completely wrong. When I brought up a valid point and started replaying the voice-mail of what her staff left me, she abruptly put me on hold without warning; elevator music started playing in my ear. Dont waste your time or money.

Just got my windshield replace, best service ever. Jack D. from the Brookfield store was the tec. and did a great job, plus amazing how well he did his job, 30 years of experience from this guy! Highly recommend this place to my family and friends. Thanks ABRA and thanks to Jack.

I was involved in a hit and run accident. Abra was able to bill my insurance company and tow my vehicle. However it seemed very expensive and I wasnt sure if I could trust them. Four thousand dollars later and there still seems to be a bit of rattling when I drive on the highway.

my vehicle blew into a tree last january 2013..had body damage so my insurance recomended ABRA. They made it like it never happened. great place for insurance related work! expensive if its just touch ups.
