My Fiancee and I needed to replace our vehicle after our Trailblazer was totalled in an accident. We had shopped around for about two weeks. The search led us to Boucher Lincoln Mercury. As soon as we pulled in, we spotted a used Lincoln MKX right at the foot of the drive. It appealed to both of us, so we did the typical walkaround. It was then we met Bouchers salesman, Nick Loth. He made a great first impression. He listened intently to our situation and understood our plight. We took the MKX for a test drive and fell in love with it. During the drive, Nick had explained some of the amazing options this vehicle had which only solidified our decision to buy it. He was very knowledgable of the options and seemed just as excited as we were about them. When it came down to the purchasing, we didnt feel at all pressured. Nick was very personable and had a laid back approach. We really appreciated that. We also met one of the sales managers, Joe. We had negotiated a few minor touch-ups to the exterior of the vehicle. They really went out of their way to accommodate us and our very minor concerns. I could easily tell they are customer driven and willing to do what it takes to make us happy. I can tell you that we did not expect the kind of treatment we received. We were pleasantly surprised. We have nothing but the utmost trust and respect for this dealership because of our experience with Joe and especially Nick. I highly recommend anyone in need of a used or new vehicle to visit Boucher Lincoln Mercury. They will really treat you right! Thanks guys!

At first what I loved about this dealership was they did not pressure me; I was able to walk around the lot and look and was not hawked by salesmen. When I walked in Kifah greeted me and was very happy to help. I felt confident about Kifah as my salesman and the car I was purchasing. Reason for 3 stars: -no pressure -great pricing -knowlegable and friendly staff However: I put 100 to HOLD the car so legally they could not sell it; I was told I would get this back since it was stated on the contract I would not be putting a DOWN PAYMENT on the car. I got a check from the credit union which ended up being short by $8, so they took the $8 out of the 100 i put to hold the car. No big deal, until when it came to getting my $92 back and they said they had to cut it to the credit union. When Zorian (sp?) the finance manager and I spoke he was going to give me a call the following monday because he said we were on the same page. I did not get a call on monday, when I called tuesday he said they had already cut and sent the check to my credit union. Also, when I got my car, as soon as I got home I realized i didnt have a visor on the drivers side. I called Kifah who told me word for word he noticed it when he brought the car around for delivery but didnt say anything. My dad was going to buy a 2014 Navigator through Kifah because he felt Kifah was passionate about his job, but after this experience he wont be taking his business there and I will not be recommending this dealership.

Car buying can be stressful. Like most people, I like driving away with a new vehicle after the purchase, but I dont look forward to the buying process. Gus and the Boucher team recently provided me with the best car buying experience ever! I had been doing my homework for about 6 weeks, and was on the lookout for the right vehicle. Once I spotted it online, I reached out to Boucher to get a couple questions answered. Gus responded immediately via email and a phone call. He was encouraging and inviting, without the "sales hype" and pressure you get from a lot of dealers. When I got tot he dealership, he had my vehicle of interest ready for a test drive, spent some time with me to show the features, and did a great job asking me some qualifying questions. They had another vehicle that met some of my criteria that I could tell they were interested in turning quickly, but they kept the pressure to a minimum. When it was clear to them that my first choice was my only choice, they focused on me and that vehicle only. I told Gus I was looking for a "no-nonsense" buying experience, provided him with an offer that I felt was fair, and he quickly came back with the deal approved by his manager. The positive experience with the Business Mgr was equally pleasant. Sure, he had to pitch extended warranty options and financing, but did so without any high-pressure tactics. I highly recommend Gus and the whole Boucher team to anyone looking for a great vehicle and an excellent buying experience.

Our overall experience at Boucher Lincoln was very positive. Our salesman, Gus, was very helpful and friendly. I felt like we got a fair deal on our trade-in. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Which is the case for a lot of the larger dealerships. The front desk, the salesmen, the used car manager; they were all very personable and upbeat. My only negative feedback comes from the financing portion of the experience. When the deal was being made final we were continually pressed to get warranty after warranty. We knew that we were not in the market for a big warranty on our used car. It is a very reliable make and model and I typically do not purchase expensive warranty packages as you usually dont get your monies worth. We made it pretty clear we did not want a warranty but the topic was brought up about 4 separate times. I know that car dealerships make a good deal of money off selling these warranties. And I know the finance office employee was just doing what he was trained to do. But when someone clearly is not interested in a certain aspect of optional service, then leave it at that and move on. Having said that, the overall experience of purchasing my car from Boucher Lincoln was a breeze. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Last week I purchased my new Infiniti G37xS - I could NOT have been more pleased with my experience at Boucher. Gus Hollo was my sales consultant and exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in the door. (Side note) BEST COFFEE LOUNGE EVER)- I had a VW CC that I have had continuous problems with, at first I was really concerned about the trade in value I was going to get for the car (I have heard all the horror stories), not only did Gus rework my numbers and ended up giving me a higher trade in value than any of the other dealerships, BUT he also personally spoke with banks to get me a lower interest rate and an affordable payment (I didnt have to deal with any of that "let me go talk to my manager in the back stuff") - I have had 3 previous VW and I was very nervous about switching to an infiniti, now I cant imagine driving anything else. I didnt feel pressured or manipulated during any portion of the buying experience, and the dealership continued to follow up with me after the purchase to make sure I got my spare key. I would definitely recommend you ask for Gus Hollo, he made buying a car stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you
