I have curly hair and have never been satisfied with how stylists cut it in the past. I went to Neroli in Brookfield in hopes of a better experience. I went in on a Monday - and I was greeted by friendly staff, free snacks and beverages, and was taken on a lovely tour of their facilities (which are beautiful, by the way). I asked for someone who could cut curly hair well - and Shauna was suggested. I scheduled an appointment with her that same week on a Wednesday (they were very concerned with and accomidating to my personal schedule). I also set up an eyebrow waxing appointment with Aaron. I have to say - Aaron was awesome. There was no pain involved with the process and he took extra steps to make sure my skin wasnt red when I walked out the door. He did this soothing treatment, of which Ive never experienced before... you have to go to him! Shauna was a doll. What a nice person! Ive never had such a friendly hair stylist before. Her hair is amazing... but whats even better is SO IS MINE now!!! I cant thank her enough for the job she did. She listened to what I wanted (a 1920s flapper style, curly bob) and delivered. Im going to get my hair dyed about two shades darker by her in October and I cant wait. Shes the kind of hair stylist youd want to be friends with outside of the salon - she really takes care of you. The prices were NOT under any circumstance outrageous. I dont understand why anyone would say that... I feel like some of the women who do say that have never been to a real salon before. Ive paid twice as much elsewhere and was not satisfied completely. I highly suggest Neroli - especially Shauna and Aaron. I hope theyre always there for me!

Not sure what was going on back in 2009, but I began going to this salon in 2010 and have had Danielle for almost all of my appointments. Danielle is wonderful, she has cut my hair every time and even colored my hair. It was the first time I had ever colored my hair and I was not worried about it at all because I trusted Danielle. When I went back to my natural hair color, she did a great job matching to my natural color. I get manicures often, and when I learned Danielle also did manicures I scheduled an appointment with her for one. She did a fantastic job. I cant say enough good things about the customer service and quality that Danielle and the Brookfield Neroli Salon have done for me. Thanks Neroli!

I typically get great service at this location. My last visit was off, unsure if Friday mornings are unusually busy or the staff wasnt quite with it, since I was abruptly left in multiple locations with no follow-up (ie where to get sandals and how to log into the locker when I arrived, how to get the foot soak once I got into the relaxation room) and my service wasnt quite as good as I remember it being last time. That being said, the environment is very relaxing, the service usually top notch, so expect to return again.

I have been looking for a new salon since I moved here in 2015. I have tried several others until a co-worker suggested Neroli and Mya. What an excellent referral! She listened, provided guidance, and did and outstanding job on my cut and color. I have expanded my services to include Renae, Casey, and Kelly. They are just as excellent and very customer focused, providing me with wonderful services. Neroli has a continuing and very satisfied customer! It is my new home. Thank you!

I tried a few salons and stylists before finding Amanda at Neroli. The best testament to the quality of her work is that I can go for months without needing a cut (I do occasionally trim my bangs) because the style holds its shape so well. The team at Neroli is wonderfully customer focused - with a greeter ready to check you in the moment you walk in -- offering beverages, taking your coat, etc. I love browsing the products and makeup in the lobby if I have a few minutes to wait.

I have enjoyed many spa and salon services over the years at almost all of the Neroli locations and have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff is personable and accommodating, and always knowledgable about their entire line of Aveda products. The facility is immaculately clean and well-maintained. If you are looking for a salon that is up-to-date on the hottest trends and a spa that provides the best of professional pampering, Neroli is the place!

They do an excellent job here. Its both relaxing, and you get a high quality haircut. Sophie, was incredible, and has a lot of experience with mens haircuts. Its hard to find a place to get a quality mens haircut, but this is the place to go. I will definitely be coming back. It is pricey though ~40$ for a haircut, so just a heads up. Theyre upfront about it though, and Ill still be going here regularly.

I had an 80 minute massage with Angela on 12/1 and it was fabulous! Angela is very intuitive -- she started out on the lighter side, and progressively worked deeper, which I loved! She also gave me hot towel wraps on my aching feet. I could have stayed all day! Definitely recommend. It is a serene, warm atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly!

LOVE. Love the feeling, warmth and welcome as I walk in the door. I feel instantly relaxed. Ive had several massages, a prenatal massage, facials, waxings, colors and cuts and have never had a bad experience. They have an awesome relaxation room and the provide drinks and snacks while you wait for your service. I would send anyone there!

Shauna did an amazing job and gave me the perfect cut and style ... exactly what I was looking for!! I also love the highlights as well. I came in with straggly, uneven, longish hair that I had to fight with every morning and left with a shoulder length blunt bob that looks healthy and fresh. Definitely a miracle worker :)

Stylist, cut and color were great but I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time to even get started. They kept telling me she was "just finishing up". I would have preferred honesty as I could have used that 30 minutes to grab lunch, work, or many other things. Again, once I got started the service was very good.

FINALLY got the haircut Ive been asking for in every salon for years, and never get!! Thank you SHAUNA (Brookfield location). She ended the endless cycle of anxiety every time I get a haircut. She gave me a great haircut and is very sweet! I highly recommend Shauna for the exact haircut you ask for :) -Robin F.

I visited this location today for a massage with Angela and a brow wax with Kasey. Angela had great flow with varying pressure - it was just the relaxation I needed after a busy week. I also love the steam shower before/after services - they provide an amazing experience all around!
