I called this place first thing at 9am on Mothers Day weekend. I am from South Austin and I was picking up my mom from Florence then driving here to Georgetown to pamper her. I was told an appointment would be better to have and they said that way we both would be serviced at the same time. I arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment, there were only 2 stylist and at least 3 people waiting and we waited past our time. The owner stylist took my mom while the other stylist was still busy with others. I knew at that point I was not getting my hair done at the same time as my mom. A grandmother walked in with two teen boys and was a repeat customer for the owner stylist. The owner stylist was rushing my moms haircut blow-dry style. When my mom was done, the owner began to check out my mom and I asked her who was doing my hair. She claimed she had no idea I had an appointment. I pointed to the other stylist and confirmed that she took down our appointment in the morning. The owner stylist asked if I wouldnt mind waiting until she serviced the 2 teens that had just walked in. I reminded her I had an appointment and I didnt think it was right for her to take a walk in when I was still waiting. The grandmother agreed with me and told owner stylist that she would come back another time. The owner stylist begged me to let them go in front of me and begged them not to go. They left and I of course was not treated very nicely cause she was more disappointed that I caused her to have her repeat customer leave. The other stylist put her two cents in and said that I should understand that they were very busy with walk-ins. I told her that she should know how to tell walk-ins that they are busy with appointments if they can come back at a later time. It went down hill from here, I should have walked out! The conditioner I received and paid for was not a deep repair/conditioning treatment. I asked her to give me a beach wave curl. I even showed her pics of myself with this style. She assured me she knew how to do this. I noticed right away she was not doing it correctly. She played dumb when I called her on it. I basically told her that I knew she was purposely giving me a bad service because she was not happy about what transpired earlier. I literally had to pick up the curling iron myself and try to correct what she did to me and finished my own hair and paid for it! Shame on you owner...

My family and I have had Lisa cut our hair for years. My son was in third grade when Lisa began cutting our hair. I follow here wherever she goes. We moved to Austin in 2007 and walked in asking for layers with a razor. To my surprise she said yes and it looked great. It takes mad skills to style with a razor. Not many people in town know how to do it even though bigger cities like Houston have hairstylists who know how to style with a razor. This is why my family trusts my judgment and we keep her as our hairstylist.

Lisa is literally the best ever. I consider her not only my hair stylist, but also a friend. Shes courteous and her customer service and love is a very rare find today. I have tried several places all over the land and she is by far my favorite. Do yourself a favor and pick the best.

Great experience. I needed a last minute haircut and she told me to come right in. Got a shampoo, cut and style in half an hour. I love my haircut! I will absolutely be going back to her shop.
