Ive cut hair for almost 15 years! I understand the fustration of a bad haircut Ive had plenty but Ive always talked to the higher up before I leave 9 times out of 10 you can have an experiencd stylist fix it and come to an agreement but its another to leave unhappy and post bad things about everyone in a salon when its a certain person you dont like how they cut! When people come in and theyve allowed their hair to grow out for months on end then yes it may take 20 to 30 minutes depending on the cut. If your a person that likes clean hair cuts and come every two weeks or three it only takes 17 minutes to cut. IF youd like an experiencd stylist ask. My grandmothers use to tell me all the time a closed mouth doesnt get fed. If you talk to us we can give you better costurmer service. COMMUNICATION IS KEY

Ive been going to Supercuts for quite a while and never had an issue but I went twice within the last 2 weeks in the afternoon for a simple haircut and waited 30 minutes but never was able to get my haircut because I had another appointment within 30 minutes and it didnt seem like I would ever be served. There were not many people in front of me (only 1 or two). The issue seems to be they only have one person working in the weekday afternoons and if you get someone in front of you that has a complicated cut you will wait a long time. If they had at least two people working it would have been fine. Also, it would have been nice if they had mentioned how long the wait would be when I signed in. I guess Ill have to try procuts.

I usually dont do this, but this time pissed me off. I go in for a Very simple guys haircut. Had a meeting a couple hours later to go to which I was late for. The girl butchered my hair, had hair all over me and it felt like it was 90 degrees in the place. I had her rinse it out and I left to go to Fifth Avenue where I should have went in the first place. Ive had numourous bad haircuts here and they have gotten worse. I try different girls everytime. No luck. I wont be back.

I went there and got an uneven cut. Went back and it was butchered even more. Its already a pixie and its super choppy in the back and uneven on the sides. They wouldnt listen to simple instructions and they hire people that have barely know what theyre doing
