A Great and Professional Place that always treats the customer right! I heard about Birch Street Auto from a car buddy of mine, and took a vehicle there last year for some quick-struts, tie-rod, and coolant hose repair on a 03 Jetta 1.8T 5spd. I recently just took another vehicle (99 Ford Escort) there for a bad front wheel-bearing that needed to be pressed in/out when repaired, and not only did they respectfully answer all my questions, but they went above and beyond to assure my car was in good working order. This is Christian run business that strives to do whats right for the customer at a fair & reasonable price; and if they think youre vehicle needs more extensive diagnostics, they"ll refer you a local dealership.

Ive been going to Birch Street Auto Care for years for everything from basic oil changes to full repairs. Ive also sent a few friends there as well. They are a very friendly, great group of guys and they always go above and beyond to take care of you and get you back on the road. They always explain things to you and also let you know what may need replacing/repairing in the future...but they never try to talk you into doing it now, as if your car will explode if it isnt done now, like other shops will. Plus, theyre fun to just shoot the breeze with while they are working on your car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I also HIGHLY recommend Birch Street Auto! I used to worry about fairness, honesty and moral values of the shop and their personnel when taking my car in. Now, I can rest in confidence with true gentlemen who hold to these character traits as a way of life, thanks to the work of grace God has done, and they most certainly know how to provide outstanding auto repair and maintenance. Coming to Birch Street Auto is so enjoyable, Ive spent half a day at a time there with joy, and in complete comfort! Thank you so much!

I am VERY pleased with Birch Street Auto Care! I called them on a Friday afternoon when the fuel pump quit on my 2002 Ford F150. They arranged for a tow from the grocery store parking lot where my truck was stuck and they had it at the shop within 45 minutes of my call - maybe less. They checked it on Friday afternoon, ordered the parts, and had the job finished on Monday (they’re closed on Sunday). Excellent work at a reasonable price. I won’t hesitate to recommend Birch Street Auto Care!

Great bunch of guys there at Birch St Auto. Ive been taking my cars there for the last couple years, and they really went "the extra mile" for me. They didnt try to upsell me on repairs that I didnt need, but only did the necessary things to get my car up and running again. But they did let me know what could use repair down the road. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received, and I plan on going back there again and again.

One of them must be really short because my seat was up as far as it would go. :-) have to give them crap a little because they have an awesome sense of humor. Super easy to work with, friendly, helpful and I was able to make an appointment fast and they checked it first to see what all needed to be done. Labor prices were fair or better than most.

New to town and not sure where to go for an oil change and a diagnostic on the Check Engine Light. Stopped in early in the AM - even before they were open. Very friendly and accommodating. Car was fixed before noon and bill was super reasonable. Will definitely return!
