Like the earlier reviewer, my family & I had a horrible experience with Quality Moving out of Hudson. I had scheduled a relatively simple move for my 90 year old Mom from her 1,000 sq ft apartment in River Falls to a studio apartment in River falls. I had originally called Quality Moving in the first week of June to book & confirm a morning move on July 15. I called Quality Movers end of June to confirm & I had to repeat all of the details again because they lost the information I had sent earlier. I then received a phone call on July 7th from another employee about the details of the move. I again patiently provided all the details and information. I then get a call from the owner on July 9th asking me why we needed a morning move. I explained that my Mom has Alzheimers disease & we didnt want her to be around during the move & had plans for her on the move day to be eout & about so she wouldnt get stressed & upset about move. The night before the move around 7 pm, we get scallops on our home voice-mail from owner telling me that movers will arrive around 2-3 pm after they finish another move they had scheduled. When I got home at 9:30 pm the day befor the scheduled move, I heard the message & immidatley called owner & of course he didnt answer phone & it went to voice-mail. I told him no! We needed movers to arrive at 9 am or at 10 am at the latest. I again mentioned my Mom having Alzheimers and how her day had been planned out so she wouldnt be around! On July 15th, 9 am passed, 10 am passed and no Quality Movers. I called companys owner & he yelled at me for being so frantic!!! I was so shocked & put off my the entire nightmare experience that I called another moving company called Daymakers moving & they came to our rescue. I would never recommend Quaity Moving to anyone! Worst customer service around & miscommunication! BTW, after the fact the owner sends my husband and I a super sweet bs e-mail trying to explain what happened. Were not stupid, his e-mail was bs, words are cheap!!! Never again! Wouldnt recommend them to anyone!!! Beware!!!

Nothing good came out of hiring these moving company. When their moving guys came they complained the entire time on how heavy our stuff was. That night we found a bag of screws on the floor by our bed and they just put our bed frame together without screwing any of it. We later realized that our second bedframe was damaged. It took 2 MONTHS before they were able to have it fixed. The owner came to take it somewhere and he showed up early, rang the door bell and left.

OK I see 3 bad reviews but how many good experiences with no reviews I had a top notch moving experience with these guys They were on time they had a attractive new truck they moved my stuff from MN to Wisc they stuck to their price even though they got delayed at the WI weighstation The guys were friendly and worked hard as hell in 90 deg weather no damage I give them a 5 star rating

All around they made the move easy. The guys that moved my house were respectful, nice and friendly. I would recommend there service to any one.
