I would give this plumber less than a star if it was an option! Do not waste you time! We had an emergency which took place after hours on a Friday with the drain in our basement. I should have listened to the bad reviews that they have previously gotten but we were planning on having a party that night and it had to be fixed. The man who actually did the job called me ahead of time to make sure I wanted him to come out. He was very un professional by basically complaining that he had to drive from Sparta to lacrosse so it will be awhile. 1.5 hours later when he brought machine into our basement he scratched out wood door and our stairs even though my husband offered to help him bring it down. The plumber turned the water on to see how fast it was coming up out of the drain and forgot to turn it off so it flooded our basement!!!! Then he preceded to blame my husband saying it was his responsibility to turn the water off but never told him to turn it off. So now we have to repaint our floor because the paint is peeling off from the standing water. He temporarily fixed the problem and said it was good enough. He never even cleaned up all the mud and crap that he removed so I had to do that myself. Never gave us a receipt and we still ended up getting a $150 bill in the mail. When I called the company to complain which I send them pictures of the damage and mess he left they took three days to get back to me and said the damage is to minor to take anything off our bill and that was the best plumber they had... I WOULD NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Able plumber is much more reliable and professional who came out the next day to permanently fix the problem.

We would never recommend this plumbing business. It took them three seperate times after numerous phone calls to get the job done right. The problems start at the top. After sub-par service from one of the plumbing techs (and multiple leaks, and eventually hole in our bedroom wall) the owner (Gary), did not return calls when he said he would, walked out on us, would not meet with us to talk, hung up on us, and would not work out a fair deal for the bill numerous problems we had with the company. It was a hassel from the start. Definitely call someone else for your plumbing needs.

So disappointing. We recieved sub-par workmanship from Bernie Buchners. They did not honor their contract with us. I would never ever recommend this organization to anyone to do work either in their home nor their business. They refuse to fix the concerns we had
