I have a house that is only a few years old with a a boiler for in-floor heating, etc. Certified has fix and re-fixed my boiler a total of five times, and chaged me in excess of $2k for the privilege. When I first called them I got the "whoever installed this did it all wrong" --- then they looked at the inside cover it was obvious that "Certified Inc." had done the installation in the house. They charged me another $1800+ to "fix" the problem which reappeared only two weeks after their sure fix. I couldnt be more disappointed with their service and management. Through repeated visits they have proved to be both incompetent and inconsiderate toward their customers.

Worst service ever. Incompetent... Left me without heat for one week. New furnace is now broke and using someone else to fix it Wouldnt trust them again to fix even though it should be under warranty. Buyer Beware! Worst customer service and totally incompetent.
