I must say, I do believe these reviews belong to Bobs family and friends. I for one am not a happy customer. I had Bob come and install a bigger tub and new surround. After install of both, we (Bob and I) agreed that the surround slanted into the tub area from the sheet rock Bob installed. glue wouldnt hold or set after 4 days of being propped up with sticks and tubing on the non drain end wall. After dealing with 12 tubes of adhesive instead of the recommened 6 tubes, Bob decides to bring in a dry waller, whom thought paper shims were the answer to feather out the severe curve in the wall by flange. Nope, at that point I have a wall that not only curves out in front of the flange on tub but now I have paper shims that sick out a 1/4" from the rest of the bathroom wall that had nothing to do with tub or surround.Bobs theory? The walls in my house are not straight and he cant fix the whole house! Fine, I pay him ( stupid move on my part!!!) I decided to tear down surround and redo all the drywall in the whole bathroom....as I cant seem to figure out how to blend these 1/4" thich shims to the rest of the wall. Boy was I in for a suprise, this man accommodated to the drain and plumbing he istalled and cut out my walls including 2x4 studs to fit tub in before even fitting said tub, and in the back (opposite of drain sits a 3/4"gap between 2x4 studs and tub flange. Hence why my surround wasnt sealing. I wish I could post pictures. Long story short, he cut out parts of the wall when he shouldnt have. Had he not, my tub would have fit perfect and sheet rock that he had installed would of went over flange with no problem and 12 tubes of adhesive wouldnt of been needed because my surround wouldve been straight. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS MAN!!! Oh and I sent him messages about what I discovered......havent heard nothing. Pictures and court is where I am at!

Our water heater has been having alot of problems lately and we finally had to break down and replace it. I have hired a few people in the past and had horrible service so this time I went for reviews. I googled la crosse plumbers and up it comes Advanced Plumbing with some reviews. They were all good so I decided to call them up and get a quote. I mentioned the 20% discount for a new customers and he quoted me a price. Then I asked him would he able to pick up the water heater since I didnt have a way to get and he did at no extra charge. We set an appointment time for him to come and I was SHOCKED when he was there early and on time (never had that happen before with previous repairmen). He got our water heater and came to the house and a few hours later it was completely replaced. Then it came time to pay the bill and he honored his quote (past repairmen would usually add hidden fees).His service and knowledge surpassed even my husbands expectations. Bob was A++++ all the way and he now has a loyal customer.

Advanced Plumbing came out to the house yesterday. Their staff was very courteous, professional and a pleasure to talk to. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and I appreciated it very much. They explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood what they were talking about. They pointed out some potential issues which could arise in the future and if I should experience them, told me what to do in that case. I would definitely recommend these guys for anything plumbing needed. I was a bit surprised by the amount charged, however, that was just the initial shock. After looking at the breakdown of services performed, etc. I completely understand the amount and if you look at the services in a one by one basis, they are actually very reasonable. If I hadnt needed as much done as I did, it wouldnt have been very much at all. Again, would recommend to anyone! Give them a shot and support a local business!

Since moving into our home 7 years ago we have called Bob at Advanced Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Weve had our bathroom plumbing replaced, a new shower installed, a new water softener, refrigerator, dishwasher and gas range installed, not to mention having a few clogged drains cleared, too. Bob has always been there to help me and my family!! Most recently our water heater had to be replaced and of course we called Bob at Advanced Plumbing. At the same time we had him install a new bathroom faucet. As usual, he responded quickly and provided us with the same excellent service weve always known from him. Take it from me, you can trust Bob to be kind, professional and honest! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you contact Bob at Advanced Plumbing, youll be happy you did!

Superb Professional Plumber! (... and I didnt think there was one!) In the past year Bob has replaced each of my kitchen appliances, even those that didnt need plumbing, and sometimes even had to modify the cabinets to get the new ones to fit! He has replaced faucets, repaired toilets, ... each time arriving with a smile, and leaving an immaculately clean site before he left. He comes on time as promised, or calls if someone elses emergency will delay him. When I have called with a problem, he has found a time to come within an hour or so! Twice, the solution required us to purchase something, then have him come back to install it, and he never charged us for the diagnostics or temporary fix! Thank you Bob for everything!

I called Advanced Plumbing Systems due to a leak in my hot water heater pipe. The small hole was spraying water all over my basement and I wasnt able to contain it on my own. I left a message for Bob at Advanced Plumbing Systems and received a return call only a few minutes later. When I explained my problem, he mentioned that he would have someone to my house by noon. The plumber was early and very professional. He knew exactly what to do and got the job done. In fact, he fixed the problem in only a half hour! He cleaned up after himself and did a great job overall. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs.

Bob and Advanced Plumbing are a superb company to deal with. We were trying to figure out how to help my 90 year old mom move her washer and drying to the first floor of her house to let her still do laundry. Bob came out in a timely manner,reviewed the options and gave a quote that was very, very competitive and well put together. When we had to go in another direction and just do some plumbing work, Bob arrived early, did the job professionally and even did some things he could have left alone. I wish my wife and I still lived in La Crosse ourselves as I would give Advanced Plumbing my business any day I could!

This is the second plumbing job that we have used Advanced Plumbing Systems for. We needed our water heater replaced. We got two estimates and they both were competitive bids. We once again chose Bob & Advanced Plumbing Systems for his professionalism, communication, and expertise. Our water heater was upgraded to an energy efficient, power vented heater and we are very happy with it. The estimate was done on Friday and the job was done Monday! Once again, it was a job that was completed in a clean and efficient manner. I would recommend Advanced Plumbing Systems for any plumbing job that you might need.
