On their website they say "Same Day Service Available" which when you have septic issues is a must. I called first thing on Monday and was told that Mondays are hectic and they could get to us later in the day or early the next day. I said ok understanding that that is how business are. I called at two just to check in for a more clearer time frame and they said we were next on the list so it could be that afternoon or early the next morning and they would call me at 7am the next morning. They didnt get out that night and no call at 7am. I called at 7:20 and the guy that answered said a team just left for our place (a three minute drive). Half hour later I called back only to find another guy saying that we were third on the list "thats just how things worked out" and that they will be at our place at 9 or 10. I explained that the previous guy said they were coming out immediately and he was confused and reiterated that we were third on the list. Needless to say we canceled our service with them and went with Neibuhr Plumbing who came out within a half hour of the call. Dont waste your time with Every Plumbing!!!

Its not easy finding a plumber in the yellow pages that is licenced for Minnesota, but Every came to the rescue when our washer started to drain out of the basement sink! A quick installation of an access point and a thorough snaking solved it all. Although we were nervous about the bill being mailed (rather than an "on site" transaction), it was a great relief to find such a fair price for the excellent service provided. I highly recommend Every Plumbing! ☆☆☆☆☆

Our water heater burst a week after we moved into our new home. Every Plumbing was busy but they found a guy to come out and change ours out the same day. They were helpful and kind and we have already done busines with them again. I have also referred them to several people.

We received a bill yesterday for $90 for their repair person to come into our house for 25 minutes the day before and tighten a nut on a pipe. He didnt hang around to see if it worked--and it didnt. The leak isnt fixed, but our reliance on Every for our plumbing needs is.
