It was a terrible experience. We had heavy and a lot of stuff to move. I had told them that. The boss never passed that on to the employees that came. We liked 2 of the employees and we were ok with them but one was not so nice. He was rude and spent a lot of time checking his cell phone. They got stuck in the yard and had to wait 3 hours for the boss to get someone there to pull them out. They were hungry so we fed them while they waited. Some big ruts were left in the yard. I told the boss and he said he would talk to the new owner. I gave him the number and he told me the new owner said it was ok . Just wait and see what happens in the spring. I talked to the new owner. The man lied. He never talked to him. I was charged for more hours than the move. The owner was going to send me a refund check. He never did it. Our vintage desk was scratched on the top. Our dog cage was taken apart and not put back together right even though I told them not to take it apart. They would not transport everything and complained a lot. The workers were told they would be done by 4:00 p.m. We did not get done until 11:00 p.m. It was a horrible experience and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The guys showed up on time to the house we sold on the morning of our move. Well equipped truck with a lift, ramp, dollies, furniture pads, etc. The loaded everything in a timely manner with zero damage to the house. Drove straight to the new house and unloaded very quickly again with no damage to the house. Best of all there was zero damage to any of our belongings. The gentlemen were all very polite and professional. Really I cannot say enough good things about this operation. I would encourage anyone to use their services. In fact I fully intend to use them again when we move from the rental unit into our house. Great service, completed with care and pride all for a reasonable price.

Have been using these guys for years now, the guys always treat you well and work very hard. Just about finished up the job in the estimated time! Moving is a very hard job and I dont expect them to get done on the button. No more than 30 minutes past estimated time. Always on time and charge a great rate. If you want a quality job and good rate lax movers are your guys.

Ive never wrote a review so I figured why not, because these guys deserve acknowledgment. They moved me over 5 hours away, plus loaded, unloaded, and drove back all in the same day. They not only took care of my belongings, but at a great set rate, the guys that moved me where funny, and very professional. Thanks again, and I highly recommend them.
