I have been going here for about 8 months now, it is "OK" for the options that around this area. First of all the first review on here about the tanning supplies isnt accurate, at least not for me. My contract hasnt changed at all. I purchased my eye protection from them, they have them right behind the counter, along with other items. You should NOT tan without protection, it can cause serious damage to your eyes, they are trying to protect you! *Pros:* Open 24 Hours Lots of Aerobic Equipment Staff is friendly in my opinion Lots of weight equipment as well. Large Open Space Pretty much empty before 6AM *Cons:* The equipment is not very clean, think they need more staff working on this. Lack of free weights, think this is a Planet Fitness style, to avoid the "Lunks" Almost every ear phone plug for the TVs on the equipment either doesnt work or is too hard to hear. Bathrooms are not very welcoming either. My remaining issue, really isnt anything directly against Planet Fitness. But just gym etiquette in general, for the love of god people rack your weights!@#!

I have tried to cancel my membership 3 deferent times due to i moved out of state! Each time i call they tell me to send a letter stating that i want my membership cancelled and i do, when i call back to confirm that they have received the letter they say NO we dont have anything in the system. So i resend it a 3rd time This last one i send it certified with a $50 check ( that was cashed) and im still been charged the $19.00 and the membership hasnt been cancelled. This was like 2months ago. When i call the store and ask for the manager it seems that he is never around and im been told to call another day also when asked for the corporate # the responses is we dont have one. So be very careful before you do business with this place.

Planet Fitness get a bad wrap among many as not being a real gym, but I LOVE this location. The price is amazing, for what you get. The staff is friendly and always cleaning something! They never are just standing around with nothing to do. I also love the no-gymtimidation thing. You wont find girls in tiny bra tops making a show of things and men taking over the free weights section with loud grunts. I recommend this place to everyone I meet who is looking for a basic gym for a great price.

Ive been a regular gym member for 15 years now. Ive been a planet fitness member for going on 2 years.Its got its great points and some downfalls. Its straight forward, non intimidating type of place. Im for anything that gets more people out, moving, and feeling better. This location in particular is super busy. Flexibility to work around the several busy times they have in the day is a plus here (it gets beyond packed once in a while).

I really like this gym, i was a member about 2 years ago and cancelled my membership long story short,it was hard for me to workout didnt know i was pregnant, now its been 15mo since Ive had been at a gym & one of my first thoughts ,where to go back to plant fitness on s 27th, very nice clean environment, and nice staff. Good rates, but they are constantly changing things- from adding year contracts and additional fees to no longer providing eyewear for tanning beds. They say even if you have the tanning package, you cant tan unless you go buy eyewear from some where else- yes thats right, they Dont provide any, not even to buy. Staff not very friendly. mostly under the age of 20.

Friendly staff, but place is packed which is expected with a low price and lots of equipment. Facility seemed to be hot, musty and humid the last couple of times I visited. Whats up with the ventilation? Air quality is crucial in an environment like that! Step it up a little!

the staff are great but the facility is constantly packed (I go anywhere from 9am-11pm daily) and people just sit on the machines on their phones not doing anything, making it impossible for me to do what I want to do at a gym

Its generally pretty clean. Staff are friendly. Music is kind of loud but nothings perfect. No hidden fees like a couple of other gyms Ive been to.
