I give this place a 2 for the most part they do a decent job to get you in and out. But some of the tires are soft and junk I had a set last me around 18,000 miles ,6 months they told us there is no mile warranty I called the factory and they said them tires have a 50,000 mile warranty well I rotated every 6,000 miles factory says every 8,000. They want me to buy a set and they will send them in. No deduct the price of the junk tires but they wont. This is the second set I bought from them one set was for a different car and I had just under the 70000 mile warranty. Wautching what you buy from them 2 sets of tires in one year time is bs my truck tires from Pomps have have 79,000 on a 70,000 mile tire have 10,000 left on them. I wont buy from them anymore.

I bought a set of tires with specification that I live on a gravel road. Told that the tires I was purchasing would be great. Spent over $350 on the tires. 6 months later my tires are ready to pop with cords showing. Egle tire says I have replace all 4 tires and they will send them to manufacture and I will receive roughly $160 refund due to having only put about 25,000 miles on a 50,000 mile tire. Today Im told I have a $16 dollar in store credit. If you want a company that stands by the warranty this is not the place. Stay away.

Picked up a bolt in my front tire! Stopped in to see when I could get it in to get fixed and they said they had time right then!! Great fast service as usual!
