I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of the services they provide. I accidentally locked myself out of my car tonight. After taking longer than I shouldve, I finally broke down and decided to get help from a unlock service. Not mentioning any names, the first two companies I attempted to contact didnt answer and the third company told me its too late to send anyone out to my location and the earliest time for a responder could help was after 7 a.m. Thankfully the guy kinda felt bad about not having anyone available for me and recommended me to look up 24 hr auto unlock on Google. I did right away and called. A gentleman answered on ring two and didn t waste any time trying to figure out my location so he could help me. Within 20 minutes I was greeted, unlocked and driving my vehicle. The dispatch service even called me on my way home to make sure the service I received was completed properly and that I was treated with the upmost respect by his technician. I most definitely was! I didnt feel like I was a burden for calling, never felt judged or belittled once! The technician was friendly, professional and motivated to get me back on the road as soon as he could. Thank you guys once again for answering my call and helping me out so quickly. You Rock!!!

Terrible service, waited hours for them to come. Tried multiple times to call them and no answer. Eventually got a hold of them through a different phone number and they said they were never coming in the first place after taking my credit card info. If I could give you zero stars I would. NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS SERVICE!!!
