We really enjoyed the experience. Ariel was a big help and was very courteous and helpful on the locks. We greatly appreciated him sticking around for a few minutes to make sure we had no problems with the locks. We had him do 8 rekeys and an installation and it was done pretty quickly. He also cleaned up the workspace after the installation which was unexpected but welcome. Hopefully, we wont have any problems with locks in the future but, if we do, we will definitely give Nonstop a call. Price may seem high but considering the customer service from both Ariel the technician and the customer rep, we felt it was worth the job. Also worth noting for cost is that Ariel and the customer rep advised us before starting the job on the costs for each service so no hidden fees.

We had this guy named Ariel. He was prompt and 10 minutes early to the appointment. Ariel came in, popped the old lock off of our mailbox, and placed a new one in approximately 15-20 minutes. Our guy was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. We also want to add their customer service reps who received our phone calls were very nice and answered all of our question quickly and efficiently. They gave us a great price, where other companies were going to charge us $25-$50 more and make us contact the post office for the type of lock they use on the box. Aint nobody got time for that. My wife and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Brian came out as scheduled (after calling to update with exact time). I explained what needed to be done. He provided recommendations (which I agreed with) on the approach and what the exact costs would be. I told him to go ahead and he did all the work quickly and professionally. We have much better working doorknobs and one fewer key to worry about. Scheduling through the office was great and when an opening came up sooner than the original schedule, we got a call to ask if we wanted the earlier date and took that, so the work was done even sooner than expected. Highly recommended!

My experience today was phenominal. The tech was within the window I was given, he was very Knowlegable of the scope of work. He took time to make sure I knew how to utilize the electronic keypad after installation and even cleaned up after the work was completed... Nonstop you have a great employee named Istvan! This company is A+ I would definitely use them again. The technician explained that they not only do lock installation but they also do intercoms, garage doors, etc. very happy to have a new go to company now!

Wow! I had only been living in my new house for one day when I locked my only garage key in the garage. I was planning to get the locks re-keyed anyway, but now I had motivation to get it done fast. Nonstop Locksmiths sent someone out in only an hour and Arial was fantastic. He was able to quickly help me with my lockout situation and then replaced two deadbolts and re-keyed five other locks. Ill definitely request Arial if the need arises again! Nonstop was professional from start to finish.

Great service. I went to other places but the key they made did not open my box. First time, Nonstop Locksmith was able to make a key that fit my box. I also was concerned when I could not find the key. Then I remembered that a picture was made of my key back and front. They could actually make a key from the picture. I finally found my key. Also, they are having Grand Opening specials in Naperville, IL Check them out. You will be pleased. Also, outstanding products for sale.

Nonstop Locksmith was recommended to me by my condo association building manager. I was able to get a same day appointment. The locksmith, Ariel, was highly professional and very courteous. He quickly replaced the broken lock and put latch guards on two doors. When I asked him about the best locks, he made recommendations. Yes, I would recommend Nonstop Locksmith and will call them again.

I called Non-Stop Locksmith about a broken key in my door at my business and they made an appointment for me that same day. The technician, Chris gave me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. Once he was here, we decided to change the locks instead of just removing the broken key. I just had a visit by Ariel from Nonstop Locksmith to diagnose our archaic intercom system. Its a pretty complex job but hes been systematically figuring out whats going on and clearing things up. Its a multi-day job but simply seeing how he goes about his work and interacts with the multiple units in the house, I am very pleased even as this is a work in progress.

Setting up an appointment was easy, Brian was timely and arrived 20 minutes in to the 2 hour window with a phone call telling me he was on the way. The service of rekeying 4 locks took about 30 minutes and I had two keys for each lock. The keys work great and I couldnt be happier.
