As a consumer I do not like being lied to. Everything this company has advertised on the internet is a complete fabrication. What this tow company does is pretend to be an actual tow service in order to take your call, then "subcontract" the job out to a "real" tow service (for a fee I assume). If you call this company a "Towing Recovery Rebuilding Assistance Services" truck will not be picking you up. It will be another towing company. A truck will show up lettered as some other company. This raises the question, if your vehicle is damaged who is responsible? Will the company you called take responsibility or will it be the service that actually picked you up? This will inevitably cause a giant mess and headache. As you can see from their advertisements this company does not have any lettered tow trucks with their name. The reason for this is because they do not own any tow trucks. As required by law a towing service must be licensed with the Illinois Commerce Commission to preform towing services. This fraudulent company does not possess licensing with the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) nor US Department of Transportation. An official complaint has been filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for fraudulent and deceptive advertising and business practices. This company is also not contracted to preform services on behalf of any police departments as advertised. Do not take my word for it. Ask this company which police department they are contracted with and then call that police department and ask. It appears all reviews posted here are fake and posted by the unscrupulous site owner. Do not take my word for it. Ask this company for their certificate of insurance, ask this company for US DOT, and ICC licenses. Ask this company for a picture of their trucks lettered with all information required by law that can supposedly tow anything from a car to a semi truck. They will not be able to produce any of it. Use this company at your own risk as you never know which company will show up to pick up your vehicle and you will never know if the company dispatched by this fraudulent company will have the proper insurance or licensing.

I had a vehicle that I wanted to sell for scrap, and I was calling many companies in the area to compare prices and quotes, at which time I called and spoke with Corey who quoted me a higher price than the rest, so he had my ear. He then said he had to talk with his partner and get back to me. He would call me back "in 10 minutes". I waited an hour, called him back, and he said he was in a meeting -- he would call me "in an hour". I waited TWO hours, called him, and he said his partner wasnt answering his phone and was probably out to dinner with his family, and that he would call me back the next day between 9am-11am with a quote. He also said they could still probably pick the car up the same day (it was a Saturday). So the next day comes, I wait until 10:45am, and I call him. Nobody answers. I call twice more, no one answers. The next day is Sunday, so I decide Ill wait until Monday. I wait until Monday -- today. I call at 4:45pm, and politely remind him who I was and that I had been waiting for him to speak with his partner, to which he responds he hasnt heard from his partner for a few days, that he has to call his secretary and find out if something has happened to his partners family. He would call me back in 10 minutes. I ask him if he will actually call me back this time. Lo and behold, 10 minutes later, I receive a call back (the first one I EVER received from him), offering me half of what he originally quoted. Do I think it was bait and switch? No. Am I mad about not getting what I was quoted? Disappointed, but not angry. What am I really really indescribably bothered by? That my time was wasted over a period of 4 days, with me making 5 calls, only one of which was returned. If you dont want my car, tell me and I wont waste our time. I understand there is no demand for scrap right now. But part of being a business is to show a customer respect regardless of their specific monetary worth to you. End of story. Im writing my first ever Google Review because of a display of massive disrespect for my time.

I left work after 5:30, it was already dark, and my car would not open with the remote, or start. I went back into the office and pulled up towing services in/near Naperville. The first company I called was on Ogden Ave, east of my location and they said it would take an hour in rush traffic, I should call someone closer. I then searched by location and call Towing Recovery. The most helpful man went over the conditions of my car, offered either a jump or roadside assistance with a new battery replacement. By now it is almost 6:30 pm, and even if I only had a jump, I would still have to get somewhere batteries are sold to have one installed. He clearly went over my options and offered help for whatever I decided. I decided to have him install a battery. Corry was the person who had spoken to me, and he performed the service. He brought out a new battery. It had been so long since I had a battery replaced, the hold down screw was really difficult to remove, but he worked on it for about 15 minutes and got it off without breaking the part. (someone who didnt care would have broken it off and just said O Well- it was old ) Corry was great, and I now have this number in my phone contacts. I am recommending everyone to call them first. I locked my keys in my car and called these guys right away. Whoever I talked to initially was great and sent someone out as soon as he could. I was lucky enough that 10 minutes after I called, my dad was in the Naperville and had a spare set of keys. I called back and talked to Corry. I told him that my dad was coming and that I did not need their service anymore. He was supposed to charge me with a cancelation fee, but he didnt. He was super understanding with my situation and was extremely cool about it! If anyone in the area unfortunately locks their keys in their car, needs immediate assistance or needs a car repair service, I HIGHLY recommend calling these guys!! Ive dealt with a fair share of auto-mechanics and these guys were the most straight up and honest with me. 10/10 service!!!

Professional, quick, and affordable towing in Naperville at its finest. I am very impressed with this Naperville towing company. After shopping around for a towing service I could trust and afford I quickly learned that this was the company to use. Why you wonder? This is the only towing company that actually gave me a grand total price, hence no games and they were crystal clear about everything. Thanks Corry! It seems like every other company has a trick up their sleeves to make more money. As in no other company would give me an actual grand total. After getting ripped off once with the flat rate scam and after watching a story from Fox News I can smell the Bologna these other companies are trying to shovel my way. Good looking out Tow Recover Assist!
