Yesterday ( 13th Jan 2016 ) i was about to start to work then i realized that my car keys were missing. Thinking that the keys were in the car called State Farm Emergency Service but after unlocking the car found that the keys were not in the car. I searched in google and found Quick Key Locksmith and selected based on the yelp reviews. I took an appointment specified my home address , and make and year of the car. The Quick Key technician arrived in less than 30 minutes and made a new key for my car in less than 15 minutes after taking a picture of state farm insurance card as a proof of ownership.Amazingly fast service. The technician had all the necessary tools to create the new car key in the van. I would recommend Quick Key LockSmith service to anyone who has lost their only car key and looking to make a new one.

I have used Quick Key twice, once for re-keying after we closed and later for upgrading our locks. Their customer service dispatch is top notch, very friendly and helpful. Chris the locksmith is fantastic and helped us both times! Chris explained all our options clearly in advance, no pressure he wanted to make certain we chose a good lock that we felt comfortable with. The lock we wanted was high security and could only be keyed at the shop. Not only was Chris ok with making the trip back he also got us a door guard to comply with our HOA that he didnt have on his truck and even called from the shop to reconfirm everything again. This saved us a second visit and Chris was back 45min later installing the lock we wanted and explaining how it works. I highly recommend Quick Key!

I had a Honda CRV and we lost the transponder key. I had put off going to the dealer to get a replacement due to the high cost. I finally looked into this and purchased one online last week and went to Quick Key to have it programmed. Dave helped me and with the 3rd party purchase as he and the team went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with working keys. There were a couple snags but never did Dave or the owner make this about the 3rd party company that produced the key. I learned that those 3rd party keys have a 20% defective rate, but they found the solution and I walked out of there with my keys and the pricing they had was great! Thanks for your help and I found the company Ill use for my future needs they can service

The technician, Greg, was a pleasure and had a solid understanding of what I was looking to accomplish. With that said, upon initially contacting Quick Key, I was under the impression the mobile service had quite the selection of residential parts/locks available to purchase on site - a huge plus. However, I later discovered there simply wasnt much of a (residential) selection at all and I would have to put in an special order, which would take time that I simply didnt have at the moment. Seems Quick Key had more (parts & materials) offerings for commercial customers. Just wish I had more clearly known this aspect up front. In any event, Greg was a true professional and I thank him for his insight and assistance.

Excellent service. I requested change of locks in the front door, and the second door leading to the garage. All 3 brand new commercial grade locks ( per the serviceman better quality than the Home Depot or Menards locks). So he changed them and, to my surprise, he was able to make ONE and the same key for all three of them. No more jingling extra keys in the purse! Also I called at about 4:30 pm and the serviceman was at my home at 6pm! Done at about 7pm or so. Very courteous, asking questions so it will be done to my liking. I did choose the top shelf stuff, so I paid $350.00. But I like white I got. I highly recommend that service!

Talk about being saved by the bell.... I came back from vacation and my flight was delayed 3 hours so didnt make it home until 1:30 AM. Of course with my luck I ended up getting locked out of my apartment! I called 3 different locksmiths and no one answered the phone! I started to get really nervous and figured I would try one more place... I called Quick Key Locksmith and A guy answered the phone. I was hoping he would be able to help! Within 20 minutes he was at my house. Eli was super friendly, understanding and right on target with the customer service! Definitely would recommend! Life savers :-)

We just moved into a new home and needed someone to change out all the locks. We chose Quick Key Locksmith because we had read some great reviews about them, and they were all true! We were able to get an appointment for soon after our closing, we were called for confirmation the morning of and then called again about 15 min prior to his arrival. When he arrived he was professional, informative, did a great job getting all locks changed, and it was a good price! We would definitely recommend Quick Key to anyone and they will be the first people we call should we need any lock changes in the future.

The 2 gentlemen that helped me were terrific. I bought a new car last night and the dealer gave me 1 key. They would not give me another key but would sell me one for $280.00. That was crap. These gentlemen listened to me and researched my old key for reprogramming. They even called their boss for more direction. I appreciate all that great customer service. They sold me a new key at a much better price. They will make an appt with me to program the new key when it is cut. We had multiple problems, the primary one was a broken door latch...on a Sunday no less! I opted for a Sunday visit and glad we got all done. We were lucky that we got very prompt service! We ended up having to replace all the hardware on the front door, made new keys, re-keyed our back door AND fixed all of our garage door openers!!! Our tech was very friendly, skilled and spent the time necessary to fix all that was broken! I would highly recommend Quick Key Locksmith!!! Price was very reasonable as well.... Very pleased

The guy who was sent to open the car door was really nice and friendly, despite it being 2 degrees on a Sunday night. They were very quick to get to our car, even though they said it would take a while -- which was greatly appreciated. They even gave us a discount for waiting a bit, and we assumed it would be an hour but they were there in 20 minutes. Super friendly phone conversation with the man at the business too! Everything was perfect customer service.
