My Sister lost her key fab for her 2009 Dodge Journey. Dealer told her to have it towed to them and they would get a key and program it. Total cost around $500.00 She called me (her brother) Because Im in the auto parts business and asked if she should do that. I called Plainfield Lock Techs instead, Talk to Scott. Very Polite, Very Professional. He was There within the hour and was much less than the dealer. Now thats how it should be done. I will be using them again. Thanks Scott. Needed keys made for our church, which could not be made at Walmart or Ace Hardware. Lock Tech was very helpful and accommodating with copying key blanks that I had purchased for our church. Also, discovered that they provide rental service for equipment needed! 2-4-1!! I stumbled on this place...love it!
