Satisfied with the car we purchased. They worked hard with banks to get us approved. C.J was very friendly even though he was busy. He made sure to always let us know he hadnt forgot about us as he was working with other clients. He held the door for us he had lots respect and manners for younger generation its hard to find. Late in our purchase process we explain our bad expierence from local dealerships and glad we made the drive to Fort Payne from Albertville. Sale manager was very professional with contact us after our purchase to make sure we was satisfied and offered to fix any issues that we might of had. Over all at the end of the day what we expierced with the dealer ship and C.j was complete satisfaction and got a great deal on our new car. Thanks again C.j and Basswood of Fort Payne for helping of the new purchase of our car and finding a dealership even with altittle drive thats worth doing business with.

Also could not believe how helpful my finance manager Tamara was no pressure, which was very refreshing from the "normal" situation I end up in most dealerships. Wow, what can I say? The selection was great! My salesman Nathan is absolutely the best!! After buying my Jeep Wrangler I returned two days later and bought a Jeep Renegade for my son. All the sales staff, credit manager, and the service personal are top notch, down home people. I will be back to get my next car.

Absolutely amazing service. They wanted $2000 dollars down and Eddie worked with me to bring it down to $500 dollars down and my monthly payments under $500 dollars.
