Great service! We were on our way from New Orleans to Connecticut when our car started wobbling like crazy. We called this Firestone 30 minutes before they were supposed to close on a Saturday, but their incredibly kind employee, Brandon, said he would stay open until we arrived, even though we were already about 30 minutes north of Gadsden. When we arrived, he was still there and quickly assessed that we had a badly misshapen tire that was about to come apart. He quickly installed a new tire for us, checked all the other tires and engine fluids and had us on our way in about 20 minutes. Thank you for saving the day Brandon!

Terrible service by a very untrained staff. Bought new tires and have had to bring them back 7 times to have them fixed (less than 6000 miles on them). They do not know how to stop them from leaking and tell me excuses after excuses. Last time they told me the chrome is peeling on my rims causing the leak even though I have aluminum rims. Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else. Have reported them to firestone headquarters.

Poor service to even get tires rotated will never buy any tires more tires from Firestone having purchased several sets seems as the Gadsden Store has a problem when it comes to rotating the tires tell one to come back at about 4:PM this is a bunch of crap will take all my future business to Good Service on 3rd & Meighen
