I couldnt ask for a better process. I worked my deal with BJ for a used car mainly over the phone and text (time saver) and he ALWAYS responded. I had been shopping for weeks and tried working deals with several other dealers where there responses were largely auto messages, and most really wanted me to go to the dealership. I didnt want the run around, I wanted a deal that worked for both sides and get it done so I all I had to do is go there test drive and sign the paperwork. I was literally there for under 15 minutes. Bj was amazing in his customer service, he is a great representation of this dealership and I would recommend working with him to anyone in the market for a used or new vehicle.

Terrible. I went into the service /parts department needing to buy a part for my Ranger. 4 people were standing in the service and parts area (all employees) and nobody even offered to help. When I asked if they could help me to get what I was looking for, they said I would have to wait 20 minutes till the "parts guy" got back from lunch. So not a single one of those guys standing around shooting the bull did not know how to look up a part and sell it to me? As a 18 year ford customer with plans to buy new (for the third time) next year, all I can say is I have NO intention of buying from Valley Ford.

Walked into Valley Ford today, spoke with Ira Martin, told him what our budget and what we were looking for in a good low mileage car. Left with a 2015 Focus - very much in our budget...and more car with lower mileage than expected. Extremely thrilled with the low pressure and helpful work the sales team did to present us with options above and beyond what we had expected. I highly recommend these wonderful honest people and the dealership!
