Want to share my experience of having my car towed by this towing service. My son was driving on I-71 south when the power steering system failed on our 2011 ford fusion. This towing service was recommended by Tri-County Ford where the car was to be fixed. The tow truck driver took very good care of my 20 yr. old son who was simply passing through the area on his way to NW Alabama where we now live. Since it was near 5 pm the service dept at the dealership was closed, so the driver drove my son to a nearby hotel to stay for the night. Thank you for taking care of my son!

I had a headlight to go out and I did try to fix it myself. I experienced some problems and wasnt able to install it. I took it to LaGrange Service Center and they took care of it for me and fixed it in less than 30 minutes and also charged me a lot less than I expected. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to them again
