Just a few words about this place.How I understood the old gentleman was an owner of this place and holder of franchise.Very kind,pleasant person.He asked what do I need and whats needs to be fixed, gave me a price upfront.Im appreciate his approach to the customers.I cannot say anything bad about few other gentlemans who tried to identify my problem,because they didnt.But the guy who was dealing with my car Absolutely awful.It took me 10 min to explain what to do and how to do.May be he just new in business or his hands and brain are not for what he is supposed to do.He was unable to remove simple plastic part that is without screws,so my friend did it for him.Then another 5 min I spent on explanation where and how many bolts he need to unscrew.He debate with me that those bolts are isnt supposed to be unscrewed and it will not gave me anything.So then with bad attitude disappear and came with some tools.He did try to use them,but in his hands its looked like this is his first day in shop.Overall he didnt make what I needed,didnt screwed back those bolts and without any word gone.The reason why Im writing this comment-negligence of PROFFESSIONAl.The part that he didnt put tight enough was displaced and I stuck on the road for a few hours. Only because somebody was in bad mood this morning. Will not recommend this place!!!

Were very friendly but not really upfront about anything with the warranty and price. Apparently your vehicle needs to be in tip top shape for the warranty to be honored. They were eager to get out car into the shop while we were just trying to get information about prices. They didnt stay with in their quoted price. Told us vehicle wasnt running well, which is to be expected of a car or truck that had been sitting for nearly a year, husband said a tune up would probably help that. Said our brakes were bad, the fluid level was low and brakes were a little dusty. Nothing was said about needing to fix these issues to save the warranty. After we gave them the money we owed thats when they dropped the bomb of we wont honor your warranty unless you fix the code the car is throwing (didnt say anything about a code popping up before we gave them our money) and the rotten way the car is running in 15 days. Turns out the car was running rotten because some vacuum hoses were popped off. Brought it back in before the 15 days. We told them the hoses hadnt been put on, they said they werent working on that side so why would they check it. I dont think Ill recommend them to my friends or to you.

Seemed like nice enough guys at first. Then didnt have my work van ready when they said they would. Then told me it would be ok to pick it up on Friday. When I got there at 4:00 pm they had closed early. (Hours are till 5). Vehicles were parked all around building so I knocked on front and rear doors, called there number and no one answered. I called the tow guy that had referred them and he tried to call them. Then Ryan came to the door and said they had closed early. He was clearly put out by me trying so hard to get my van. I drive an hour to get there. Then they overcharged by a ridiculous amount. After I complained he took 15% off. Still too high. Do not trust these guys at all! If Raglands towing tries to take you here go somewhere else. He was a fair tow truck service but Mr. Transmission failed to live up to his praise as a repair shop. Extremely disappointing!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! We had Ryan and Co. replace our engine and transmission... we were charged almost $7000 and have nothing but trouble since we brought it home. The Frontier that they repaired stranded my husband on the side of the road- we had it towed to a Nissan dealership, where they ran a diagnostic and looked it over- found the distributor inserted 180 degrees in THE WRONG DIRECTION and a valve gasket that had been put on even though it was damaged. I will call the head customer relations as soon as soon as they open tomorrow am.

The staff was very friendly. They were able to get my car taken care of the next day. My service ended up being $40 cheaper than originally quoted. Overall great experience. My family and I will be using these professionals from now on for all our automotive needs!
