My sales experience went well, better than several previous experiences. Jeff was great, dealt with Micah in the process as well and both were great during the sales process. Her we are two weeks or so after the fact, the truck was delivered with two very minor issues. (It was delivered 300mi from the dealer to me) The driver foglight was dislodged and the driver rear door window molding has a bubble in it, more or less. Short version, my after the sale service has been pretty abysmal. My local dealer has been backlogged due to flooding here and cant touch it until the 14th, I received the truck 2 1/2 weeks ago. That being said, these issues dont cause the truck to operate unsafe, unless you add the fact that a light bulb bouncing around is a fire hazard and has already melted a hole in the lower valence. I asked for the truck to be picked up by the dealer and taken back until all the issues are resolved and leave me with something to drive in the meantime. That request was apparently denied and I had to call back and ask about it, wasnt notified. Ill update my review after the issues are resolved, but as of now my experience after the sale has been TERRIBLE. UPDATE: Since Im entitled to my opinion: Because of what I see as a minor technical difficulty, and the dealer being rather upset it seems, of me pointing it out to them, we will no longer be doing business together. My pre-sales experience was superb, as stated above. My service after the sale is now officially the worst servicell I have EVER received. They have decided to wash their hands of the situation and at one point told me they were going to cancel a near month old deal and return my vehicle, because they didnt want to do business with me anymore. 1. Driver foglight wasnt in the housing, melted a hole in the front bumper. 2. Driver rear door has a quarter sized defect in the window molding. 3. Leather on the back of the steering wheel has a quarter sized bubble in it. 2 & 3 are cosmetic and dont bother me that much, I want them fixed but they dont effect much. 1 on the other hand is a fire hazard. If it wasnt for me having been paying attention when I was behind someone at a light, the driver foglight seemed off, and checked it a few minutes later, this may have ended very differently. But my review will stay the same, they decided to send me a set of all season mats, that I asked for prior to the deal being complete. I told them I didnt care if they sent them or not, well beyond that pointhe now. Nissan of Cookeville, this is on you guys, the truck was delivered to me this way; all I can gather is that it left your dealership like this and that it is an accepted standard. I do enjoy the truck, thoroughly, but hands down the worst overall service Ive received. This appears to be the exception, based on their many positive reviews. Just sucks that I was at the butt end of things. **Edit 8-5-16** Issues with the truck still not resolved and Mr Rezi, the owner, is threatening me with his attorneys because Ive stated my displeasure with his company and the way this situation is being handled. 2.5 months into ownership of this truck, Im 100% done with Nissan. Looking for a repurchase by either the dealer or Nissan Corporate. Also, BBB complaint filed, just so everyone knows how poorly I feel about this situation. If 0 stars were possible, Id rate it 0.

I havent purchased from them yet, (pending a decision tomorrow) because my husband and I would like to discuss more while in the comfort of our own home prior to taking the final plunge with a new vehicle worth over $17,000. However, our experience today was phenomenal! We met with John, one of the newest employees, and he was a very pleasant, honest, and helpful individual. He allowed us to test drive the 2 vehicles we are on the fence about, not only once, but twice in a row, so that we could make a better comparison between the two. He didnt pressure us at all during the entire viewing process of both vehicles. He even gave us realistic figures about the purchase price while in the car! (which we verified in the dealership office later) He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles, and very patient with me through my whole "getting to know the car" process. Even when I got excited, and interrupted him in conversation he very patiently replied honestly and effortlessly to every question. We spent a little over 2 hours there, and did not purchase a vehicle this time around. He was very concerned with my feedback on how he was doing, and I really appreciated that he cared that much to know that I was happy with our encounter with him. This is a great way to display how much this dealership places an emphasis on customer to employee interactions. He also had a pleasant, and light joking manner about him. I liked that I could tell that he was being genuine with his feelings about our interaction. I feel bad that I am a hard negotiator when it comes to the overall price factor of the vehicle I want to purchase. He didnt pressure me to buy the car immediately, and he was very calm and honest with his questions about what would be my "out the door tonight" price. I gave him an honest answer, but also a somewhat reasonable answer for the moment. He brought in Matt, one of the financial gurus in the back to discuss more on the matter. I also REALLY appreciated that poor John realized that my husband and I werent going to budge much tonight and brought in his Calvary (Matt) to answer some of my more specific questions regarding finances. Matt was a hard one to read, except for his eyes. I could see the gears turning in his head when he heard my hard ball answer to the "out of the door" question, and he fairly played devils advocate with the given scenario. After a good 10-15 minute discussion between us all, we amicably departed prior to the dealerships closing hours, but not before setting up an appointment to meet again in the morning with John. I can honestly say that I held both John, and Matt in a much higher regard after that one interaction right there. I look forward to talking with John more in the morning, once weve had a chance to sleep on the decision one more night. He truly listens to any input we might have, and rushes to give us the answers to all of our questions. I hope to walk "out the door" tomorrow with a new vehicle that has been long over due at a price I will love. tl:dr; Their team isnt just a dealership, they are my new extended family regarding cars! They are open minded for discussions based on honesty and the mutual benefit for both parties. :-)

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership and purchased a car I love! I originally came here looking for a used vehicle I had seen online, a cute little Honda Fit which I had previously owned one of. I was pretty upset when they informed me that it sold already and they still asked if they could help me find anything else to meet my needs. I wasnt too excited because I had my mind set on what I had come for, but then I saw the 2015 Versa Note SV.. It was just a better built version of the Fit, and the colors were great! Jeremiah was so helpful and immediately apologized for the incorrect information we received about the Fit and offered to show us the Versa Note. We test drove it with the trainee, Brian, and had a great time. They both explained in much depth plenty of detail about the car. More than most dealers would even think to put down on paper! These two are great! We then sat down with them and started on the buying process and they did everything they could to make it so stress free and enjoyable, They of course asked us if we wanted certain add-ons but never pressured us or made us think we were doing the wrong thing by not purchasing them. They made us feel like we were friends, not just some people coming in to buy a car. They worked with us to get us the best deal they could manage where we all came out on top. We also enjoyed the Financial Personnel, Stephanie. She was very forward with us on things and didnt try to get us to add on a bunch of different things that you "need". She was honest and very friendly as well. She was very personable and we enjoyed dealing with her because she really seems to care about your well being and safety, while helping you get a great deal as well. The management here is amazing. I cant remember this mans name to save my life, but he was also a big part of the "negotiation process", and wanted to do nothing but please us, being the customer. He worked with us to achieve a great value on our trade in and get us a great payment! We will be back here for future purchases I have no doubt! If you do go here ask for Jeremiah/ or Brian who is training, but was so helpful and will be an awesome salesman as well! This place is just awesome and they have a wonderful team! I would go back just to hangout with this great group of people. Check out the Versa Note!
