They stand behind their work and will make sure you understand your options. I have been going to them for our vehicles maintenance after being lied to by dealerships and other places in town too many times. One of many examples was when I was told that I needed tires from Panama City Toyota on our Sienna I went to this Firestone for a price quote. Doug, the most customer service oriented person I have ever met, went outside with me to look at my tires and get the measurements of my tires. He looked at them, pulled out his tread depth gauge, and asked me "who told you that you needed tires?" I said "Panama City Toyota." He told me to hold on as he went and grabbed me a tread gauge for myself and then showed me how to use it. Needless to say I came back to buy the tires from Doug when I actually needed them. I have been coming here for all of my maintenance with them ever since for every vehicle that I have owned since. Yes, if you do not have an appointment with them youll probably have to wait; however, they are worth the wait and scheduling. I went in to replace my battery because the one that had been installed in 2015 died (under warranty). They replaced a belt on my car... Im over at the Ford dealer getting my oil changed, and theyre telling me that that same belt needs replacing! its been maybe a month since Firestone replaced it. Save your time and money and go somewhere that replaces with quality parts.

Reallllllllyyyyy slow. Takes multiple hours for oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle sat for over a hour in the bay without anyone touching it.
