This has to be the worst place to get an oil change. I gave them three chances because of there great prices, and all three times I have been greatly disappointed. The first time it took over 2 hours, and yes I mean 2 hours to complete my oil change. I went and had dinner with my wife at TGI Fridays then came back and watched a full episode of dukes of hazard. They said they could do it in 30 min. Ahaha! In what world? Id bet money they couldnt do an oil change in the time they say it takes. Thats unexceptible. They didnt rotate my tires like they said, they lied to my face twice, they didnt tighten my tire all the way and it ALMOST FELL OFF. I had 2 lugs left when I pulled over. The list goes on. They even gave me a card for a free oil change because of my troubles.. I threw it away. I needed to make this comment because this place is unsafe to bring youre car! You have been warned. I would pay the extra 8 dollars any day of the week and go to grease pro. **^# precision tune auto care.

This place was great. my car wasnt starting while i was on vacation and so naturally i panicked and called the first place on google. the man working the desk was very reassuring and said he could check it out right away. i drove over and he put me right in a bay. within 10 minutes he had it diagnosed and told me it wasnt the alternator as i had feared, it was just the battery. he priced out a battery for me but told me that i could get a cheaper one elsewhere. didnt even charge me for the alternator test! Anyway i end up taking it to pep boys down the road, it wasnt even that much cheaper and it took 2 hours! should have just stayed. hindsight is always 20-20 i guess.

I went in there because my check engine light was on. They did a free scan test and the problem turned out to be a failed/broken O2 sensor (after looking online I found this is very typical for the type of car I have). They informed me that the part and labor would be $316 to replace. What they recommended instead was a $169 tune up because apparently 98% of the time a tune up will make the check engine light go away. However, that does nothing to my broken O2 sensor, so the problem would still be there. I left and found a replacement part online for $45 and had it installed myself (with borrowed parts from AutoZone). Do not go here. They WILL rip you off.

I arrived at the store, went in & asked how long for an oil change. I was told 30 min. I was sitting there 15 min & some guy(assuming management, but def not dressed the part) came in & asked who had what vehicles(no introduction as to who he was) & after being told what vehicles he said, I cant change your oil(other person there) or your oil(mine) saying he had to shut store down sorry. This is the most UNPROFFESSIONAL building I have been in, no regard for customer service, no uniforms & no idea who you were talking to. I wont be back. You need to figure out how to be a professional business & quit acting like uneducated red necks!!

Suggest never working for this company they go through people like crazy people thats why there is poor customer service i was told on many occasions they people are weary BC of all the employees they go through...they dont know what they doing they are too busy looking at a computer worryng about sales than the actually people who are in the shop working their butt off they fire people on spot and put families out in the street.I suggest if you want areal company to work for go visit pep boys

Well Precision Tune you just lost a long-time customer. I have been coming here for years with all my vehicles have spent a lot of money here. I have come three times and all three times I havent been able to get oil changed and there have been plenty of time to get it done. Every time I come you guys say theres too many customers ahead. So I will just take my business somewhere else now. Ever since you change management for the I dont know how many consecutive times its gotten worse.

I have used this place three times now, mainly for oil changes. Today, I needed to get a headlight replaced in addition to an oil change. The owner and manager Tom (last name?) is a fair and down-to-earth guy. He was honest enough to tell me that I did not in fact need a replacement bulb for my headlight but that it had come unplugged. He saved me about $70 and he could have ripped me off easily if that had been his desire. I really appreciated that!

Ive been going here for years for my cars and havent had one issue. They get me in and out in no time along with being very thorough in letting me know if theres any issues I need to assets on my vehicle. I pulled up and waited 5 minutes before anyone came out to my vehicle, and he finally came and asked what I needed. I asked for an oil change and he said he couldnt do it bc they were busy. No one currently getting an oil change in the oil change Bay. Bad service and I will take my money somewhere else.

I have used them often and never had a problem. They are sometimes busy so I have a wait time occasionally, but never anything ridiculous. I have shopped around for several services and they always tend to have the best price. They even do a student/military discount on most services.

They tried to sell us thimgs we didnt need. They reset the computer onthe car by taking the battery out and idnt even tell us!! Then if that wasnt enough they didnt even putbthe battery in tight and he cable came off in a parking lot and reset everything again... dont go here!!!!!
