After a horrible experience at another dealership, I was ready to call it a day. It was only 10 in the morning. I decided to grab a cup of coffee and destress and maybe give it another try. This was my only day off after all, and I needed to make it count. We (my friend Jon went with me) pulled up and walked in the used car office and was approached by Mike McCoin. Mike was courteous, funny and actually listened to what I was saying. Im a security guard. Im not rich, and I dont have to best credit score. Mike didnt bat an eyelash. He treated me respectfully and told me a little about the dealership. He had another appt so he asked Kirby Beverly to help show us some cars, but checked in and didnt abandon us. Kirby was a pleasant person to be around. Funny, great attitude, and a fellow nerd. I was completely comfortable the whole time. I needed a car that was good on gas, was in decent shape, and a manual shift (theyre just fun to drive). Nothing too flashy. I found the perfect car for me at a great price. Not one time did I feel like they were pushing cars at me that I wasnt interested in. I felt like they were genuinely interested in helping me get a car I could afford at a very reasonable monthly payment. Im a first time buyer and Mike even helped me get insurance along with a second key for free and three free oil changes. Adam Eldridge, who took care of my paperwork, made sure I knew everything i needed to know about my about what I was signing. He was also very approachable and quick with a joke. I will recommend this dealership in the future and will definitely be a return customer.

On Saturday 11/2/14 after tirelessly searching for a vehicle for the past two months I decided to get on an internet automobile search engine and submit my name address and contact info, I was a bit reluctant at first for fear of being bombarded with sales calls. As I was searching for a car I received a call from Mr Kyle Potter a car salesman from Cookeville Kia, He told me who he was and immediately apologized and asked if there was a better time for him to call. Needless to say I was very impressed with the way he handled himself. he asked exactly what we were looking for and if we were trading or buying out rite I told him what we had in mind and what we had to trade and what we wanted for our trade and he made it happen without a hitch. and with in hours we had found the car we wanted and working with our schedule with in a couple days we were driving it home. This was without a doubt the smoothest car buying transaction from a car dealership we have ever had and Highly Recommend Cumberland Kia of Cookeville Tn, for your next automobile buying experience. I first dealt with the folks at Cumberland Kia three years ago, when I leased a 2013 Rio. The experience was great, the people courteous, friendly and efficient, and I couldnt have been happier with the car. As my lease was up earlier this month, it was only logical that I return to Cumberland Kia. After a quick call to Ryan Corner (who took my call even thought it was a Sunday), I arranged to be at the dealership the following morning. After reviewing my options with Mike Cox, I chose to lease a new Soul. Mike made sure that the deal was precisely what I wanted, and the (usually) interminable process of paperwork was made as quick and pleasant as possible, and within a few hours I was driving back to work in a shiny new Soul. While I was there, Ryan made sure to seek me out and introduce himself, as did Dusty Atkinson, with whom Id communicated briefly via email some months earlier. The whole experience was great, and I have no doubt what dealership Ill stick with! My thanks to all.

The customer service is amazing here ! Susie and Lucas are always going above for the customers here and do not try to push service or parts on customers if they are not needed. I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and Susie informed me that the depth indication shows that the tires were not ready to be rotated. Most places would have rotated them and charged the unneeded fees. I have been a customer here for 6 years and even have my Ford F250 serviced here. The honesty and great effort of the service dept is what led me to start buying from this dealership when I first moved here from Ohio. I showed up at the dealership with out of state tags and STILL received amazing service. While getting my car serviced I was talking to Jim Tuck in sales which led to my next Kia purchase. They have treated me like a part of the family every since. Business morals like this is next to impossible to find anymore. I would rate them a 10 star if possible !

My big brother always went with me to "haggle" with the salesmen when I needed a car. Since he passed away I had put off buying another car for a long long time (even though I needed one desperately), just because I couldnt stand the thought of having to go through the usual song and dance game that we all dread when buying a car. I had heard good things about Cumberland Kias customer service and knew the sales manager so I decided to give him a call. Im so glad I did!!! Dusty Atkinson, Jim Tuck, and Brandon Wacker were great!!! They made it easy and really worked together as a team (everyone there does) to get me what I needed. I am now the proud owner of a 2017 Sportage - Ive never owned a new car - and I LOVE IT!! I think my brother would be proud!!! Thanks Cumberland Kia

I have now purchased 3 new vehicles and Cumberland Kia has by far been my VERY BEST!!!!! I just got a 2014 Kia Soul and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! I went in with a price in mind honestly thinking that it would be impossible to be in a 2014 with no miles for what I could afford a month NO WAY RIGHT??? True I was dreaming but Shauz Daniels "Salesman" and LeGrande Smith "Sales Manger" did a dang good no AMAZING JOB at getting it close with gap ins and all I walked out with just $19 over my its not going to happen payment!!!!! Interest rate was great better than a bank could have gave me!!!! Im very pleased THANKS GUYS!!! Go to Cumberland KIA and ask for SHAUZ DANIELS he will hook you up!!! He is a true all around good guy and wont do you wrong...

We had been shopping for a new vehicle for a while and stopped by Cumberland Kia to see what they had available. Shauz Daniels is professional, knowledgeable, personable and anxious to please. We didnt go there to buy a Kia, but after driving several vehicles, we were presented with a deal on a 2014 Kia Sorento that we couldnt pass up. Shauz made the whole transaction pleasant. This dealership definitely is a customers friend. There is no high pressure and they take care of their customers. We look forward to doing more business with Cumberland Kia and Shauz Daniels in the future. Our experience was such a good one that our daughter and son-in-law bought a new car the next day from Cumberland Kia!
