My daughter was in town on a job assignment and needed to get her car fixed after another shop in town worked on it and left her with a barely running vehicle. We decided on this shop based on the mostly positive reviews. These guys got the car running properly which I am thankful for as Im on the other side of the country and unable to work on the car for my daughter. Im giving the bad review based the labor cost and how much they jack up the cost of the parts which are only around $125.00 retail if I were to go but them. I know shops dont pay retail prices so Im guessing they marked them up about 300%. They charged $130 for the diagnostic fee during which time most of the bad parts were removed as part of the diagnostic inspection. Then they charge to install the new parts which should only take about 30 min at the most. Everything that was worked on is on top of the motor and simple to get at. Plugs, wires and ignition coils. The out the door bill was nearly $500.00. What a rip off. Another reason why I refuse to take my vehicles to a shop.

I would give 10 stars if possible! My daughter attends UTC and was driving home at night when she had a flat tire. She pulled into a gas station and asked anyone passing by for help. When nobody would help her, she changed the tire herself. The next morning I called Firestone and spoke with Randy. I found one of the most honest and helpful people I have ever dealt with. My daughter went into the store, was waited on quickly, and Randy actually told her she needed to spend LESS than what we expected! I will always choose Randy and Firestone for tire needs!

I cant get over just how bad this place is. They seemed OK at first once they rebuilt and were under seemingly new management. They tired to upsell you on things you didnt actually need, but werent really an issue beyond that. But then after foobaring a tire repair and balance job, then telling me its illegal for them to put the correct oil weight in my car during and oil change Im done with them.

Friendly, helpful staff. As usual, its helpful to know a thing or two about car repair to make sure the job is done right, but I have no complaints. Had over a $1k worth of work done, but I checked around town and couldnt find a better price. I would recommend to a friend and plan to have future work done here.

Very nice mechanics to deal with. However, after about $800 and 6 trips to the ship - Im still experiencing the same issue I brought my car in for. The markup on parts is also quite high - I was charged $140 for an ignition cool that costs about $30 max online and $65 at the parts stores around town.

If I could give this place less stars I would. It took more than a week to have my car repaired. They initially told me it would be a $200 fix and then suddenly I am having to pay over 1k to have my car repaired after waiting a week. This company sickens me, DO NOT GO HERE.

When it rains, it pours and Ive had a string of bad luck with my car lately. The good people at Firestone have been extremely friendly, helpful, and quick in the repair of my car on not just 1 but all 3 occasions. This place will be my go to shop from here on out.
