DO NOT EVER BUY A USED CAR FROM CLASSIC BUICK GMC CADILLAC. 1. They guilt-tripped me into having my friend pickup the car despite originally saying that they would deliver the car to me in Auburn. 2. The weather stripping blew off around the windshield as my friend drove the car home! 3. The cars engine blew up before its first oil change. 4. After weeks of calling the used car manager told me "There is nothing we can do for you." More Details: 1. While originally purchasing the car I was told that it was "No problem" to have the car delivered to me in Auburn. However, after the car was done being detailed several days later, they told me that I was free to pickup the car. After reminding them that they said they could drive the car up, the asked if there was any way I could pick it up. I explained I didnt have a car but said I would ask my friend who worked in Montgomery if he could pick it up. Luckily, he was able to pick it up because the salesman acted like it would be a huge pain to drive it up to me despite saying the opposite while I was purchasing the car. 2. While my friend was driving the car home the weather stripping around the windshield blew off. They sent someone up to fix the problem the next evening but I had to re arrange my schedule to meet with the guy to reattach the stripping. Their problem became my problem as I had to get someone to cover for me at work. 3. After driving the car for 2,000 miles the engine blew up while I was in North Florida. The employees at the Honda dealership I had it towed to were skeptical that Classic Buick had done a full inspection of the car in the first place. I paid over $3,000 to get the engine replaced. 4. I called and called and called. Over several weeks. During one of those calls I spoke with someone in the sales department who had the audacity to tell me that "I shouldnt have driven the car out of state because of its mileage." Finally, I spoke with the used car manager who started off the conversation by saying "Didnt I already talk to you?!" After explaining the situation stating Ive had the car for 3 months and driven it 2,000 miles he simply stated "There is nothing I can do for you." The correct response would have been "There is nothing I WILL do for you." There you go. That was my full experience at Classic Buick GMC Cadillac. It is certainly true that it is a gamble to buy a car with significant milage on it. However, no one expects to purchase a car from a dealership and have it break down before its first oil change. The fact that they were not willing to do anything for me at all shows you the type of business this is. Considering the entirety of my experience I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place negative stars I really would. First, Im from Augusta, Georgia. I was in town for my sisters wedding (May 7th 2016 and my transmission went out. I took my truck to the nearest GMC dealer. Obviously, I had to get back home, so I called them Monday morning and the first lady I was dealing with was fired for specified reasons that I wont say but then I was told that Tony would be my service manager. Cool, its like signals got crossed or something but it seemed like they have no other option saying that rebuilding it was the only route. They took almost three months to get my car back to me. The first price I was quoted after I was told 2600 the first time by the first service manager. I was told 5100 when the work was done. I asked how did you get that number and I was told by Tony that he will call me back, when he did he came back with a price of 3460. So I paid it and I had a 1 year 12000 mile warranty. The very next year on Easter 2017 (April, 16th) my transmission goes again. I take it to a Chevy dealer close to my city and they said whoever did the work on the the transmission did some shotty work with the parts. He said what they should have done was put a new transmission in it in the first place, its only 2650. Now when myself and my wife has contacted the GMC corporate office and every time we try to contact them we only get the voicemail or they say they are gonna call back and never do. Even corporate has been trying to reach them and they never call back. They left a voicemail once the truck was out of warranty to say that now the truck warranty has expired. Well of course it is now but when the matter was brought to you it wasnt. Her name is Tracey by the way. The corporate office said I should sue. So Im in the process of getting a lawyer because I dont think ducking and dodging me until the warranty expired was the right move.

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience at this dealership! We had been shopping for a new 2013 Acadia Denali for several months. I was in Montgomery on business, and I stopped into Classic GMC to see what they had to offer. I was greeted very warmly by Alison Taylor, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Because of her attentiveness during our discussions about the Acadia Denali and her determination to make me a satisfied customer, I knew Alison had our business. She was not pushy, and she listened and very patiently answered all of my questions. The following day, my husband and stepson drove 2 hours from Tuscaloosa to meet me in Montgomery and we became the proud owners of our new 2013 Acadia Denali! Besides our great sales experience with Alison, Andrew Harper was also very helpful in educating us on financing options and on covering all of the warranty and extended warranty information. Additionally, Nick Elijah was truly wonderful going over and over (I am sometimes a slow learner) and explaining all the many features that our Acadia Denali has in store for us! Nick was the hero to my nine-year-old stepson by taking time to make sure his iPod was correctly synched and ready to go as soon as we drove off the lot! This dealership definitely delivered - not only the new vehicle that we wanted, but also, they went above and beyond in their customer service to us. Before, during, and after the sale, they have been attentive and available to answer any and all of our questions or concerns. We LOVE our new 2013 GMC Acadia Denali, and we love the entire experience we had with Classic GMC in Montgomery. We rang the satisfaction bell loudly and we meant it!!

After finding the car I was interested in online, I spoke with the internet saleswoman, who was outstanding herself and kept me posted on when I would be able to come see it and where it was at in the selling process, I was able to come in and check it out. I was greeted by my Sales associate, Hailyn Bryant, and she got me into the car to drive it and inspect it. The car was great, and she was very knowledgeable about it even though it wasnt one of their regular brands, and I decided that it was the car I wanted. After the test drive she got me in and discussed all the technical parts of the job, and was very patient and upfront with me as this was my first experience in purchasing a car from a dealer. Buying a car is a lengthy process, but she kept my informed on what was happening and was constantly making sure that everything was good. Once I got my paperwork finished with Alison Taylor, who was very professional and considerate enough to explain things very well, I was finally able to drive it home. The day I came to pick up my car it was going through the final touches of the detailing and buffing, ( The detailing and buffing guys did an amazing job with my car in the short time they had to do it.), Hailyn came in on her off day to make, after researching some information on the car to offer me all the knowledge I could need to operate it, to make sure that I was completely satisfied and to tell me personally thank you for everything. I was beyond satisfied with my experience, and would highly recommend this very professional staff to anyone interested in purchasing a car.
