Even though our car is a 2006 it looks and drves inside and out like it is brand new. Great experience..we will be back when my husband is looking for another vehicle. I have been a customer of Bob Poynter over the course of several years (starting in 1973), however in 2012 I was treated in a less than service oriented way at the Ford Service Department and have not been back until my Edge overheated in Seymour 9/20/2016. I made a phone call and was transported to the dealership in record time and the service department was great to deal with. Your team may have just won a customer back.
