Great service from sales to finance to service to even Mr Poynter himself. We love our car..and feel blessed to find the perfect car for us at a good price. Even though our car is a 2006 it looks and drves inside and out like it is brand new. Great experience..we will be back when my husband is looking for another vehicle. Would definitely recommend to all our family and friends. Great example of good small town values even in a business.

I have been a customer of Bob Poynter over the course of several years (starting in 1973), however in 2012 I was treated in a less than service oriented way at the Ford Service Department and have not been back until my Edge overheated in Seymour 9/20/2016. I made a phone call and was transported to the dealership in record time and the service department was great to deal with. Your team may have just won a customer back.

Truck alternator went out while driving to Nashville Tn from Goshen In to deliver Rv. Limped truck into Poynters and they had me up and going in a hour. Made it to Nashville on schedule. Great customer service.
