Today was my first visit to Station 45 Auto Repair. I chose them because my brakes on my car were grinding and I was offered a free brake estimate. I set up an appointment the previous afternoon to take my car in at 8 am. I arrived around 815 am and there was another gentleman in front of me in line. I told the receptionist that I had an appointment for my car and dropped off my key and rode home in my other car. I took the earliest appointment because I had to leave for work by 12:30 pm and I figured it wouldnt take too long. Hours went by and I finally contacted Station 45 around 11:45 am to see what was going on since all I asked for was an estimate. My car had not even been looked at yet at this point, which is unacceptable. I understand that the brake estimate was "free", but I got there when the business opened and I should have had my vehicle serviced before other customers who arrived after me. I noticed they had three stalls in the service garage so if one person was there before me, why did I get skipped over and forced to wait almost 4 hours for an inspection that took them 10 minutes to perform? If I would have known it was only a quick, 10 minute or so inspection, I would have just stayed in the waiting room and left hours earlier. Other than confirming my suspicions about what needed to be replaced on my vehicle, they did identify the source of an oil leak that I previously had knowledge of, but did not know the exact location of so I am happy about that, thank you. I hate to agree with the old saying "You get what you pay for", but I felt like thats what happened today with my free brake inspection. It was free, but they took their sweet time getting my car in and looking at it. Im not sure if I will be back or not at this point due to my experience.

Dear owner Ross, I think your employees are pulling the wool over your eyes. I was with Marty when we purchased the LEMON from your establishment. They did not inform us of any problem other than a "little tick". Trust me that "little tick was more than a "little tick". The entire engine had to be replaced. I am disabled and live on Social Security, Marty was helping me find another car since my Subaru needed the engine replaced. There are a couple of things I wonder about. 1. Why is it that I saw your response and Marty was evidently blocked from seeing your response and only found out about it when I saw it. Even after I discovered your response to Marty, she still couldnt locate your message to her. Hmmmm blocking to benefit yourself?2. Every dealer we talked to about what happened at your establishment assured us that a refund would have happened. 3. Are you in the habit of buying a vehicle at the auction and then dumping it on an unsuspecting customer? I want you to know that I have told everyone I know about your less than honest dealings. I have put it on Facebook. Craigs List and Letgo. I am in the process of writing a letter to the BBB. Now dont you think that instead of taking advantage of innocent unsuspecting people, it would have been better to return my money for the LEMON your employees dumped on us? So you go ahead and trust that your employees are being truthful to you about the entire deal.I know the truth and it is that I was sold a LEMON by Station 45 and they didnt care who they hurt.I wish the people who deal with Station 45 good luck in the future dealings with you and that more people dont get burned. Station 45 IS LESS THAN REPUTABLE, HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY.

Brought our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan in for a brake check and a few other things recently on a Friday. There was a mix up with my new vs old phone number so I never got the message about estimated costs that came in at 11am that day and I didnt think to call to check in until just after 3pm after not hearing anything all day. Talked to Andy and found out they still had my old cell number and even though it was late in the day and I had just then approved to have all the work done, they were still able to squeeze us in and complete everything by 5 that day so we could have the van for the weekend! They left the keys and the invoice in the car and we picked it up and paid first thing the next week. Great service and the work done included only what was absolutely necessary at a very fair price. Keep it up!

Very disappointed. Spent over $600 for brakes, and roters. Got my vehicle back and less than a mile down the road my heater hose went out???? Brought it back and spent another (over) $600 for a simple hose and clamps??? My vehicle was then STILL not running correctly, ended up needing a simple fix of spark plugs, but this was not checked or seen by the staff there... After over $1200 was not happy with this service. Too expensive and not good service. I will be going elsewhere from here on out.

Replaced my serpentine belt and about a month later the tensioner assembly(for the serpentine belt) falls apart on my way to an exam and they claimed "they didnt even work in that area". They charged me again for something the mechanic said he knew was an issue but failed to report to me the first time. I heard one story from the mechanic and another story from the receptionist. I will give them that they are quick though! I will not be taking my vehicle back here.

I had what I thought was a serious problem with my vehicle. I brought it in and they drove it to diagnose the problem. Ross told me that I had several options. I explained I didnt have a lot of money right now to pay for a bunch of repairs. He worked it out so that the problem was fixed at a minimal cost. They didnt charge me for repairs I didnt need. I highly reccommend this garage for vehicle repairs.

This is truly a remarkable service station! I have five business vehicles and a personal vehicle, different makes, models and years and I take them all to Ross and his team. Station 45 always performs quality work in a timely manner and Ross offers options to save money and to get my work vehicles back on the road. Honesty, integrity and trustworthy is what comes to mind when asked about this shop!!!

I have been to this place twice. Once for my fuel pump and another for an accident I got into after sliding in a patch of ice. Both times my car was fixed and given back to me in no time at all. They are so nice and professional. In the case of my fuel pump, it was done at a price almost two hundred dollars cheaper than a competitor. They do a wonderful job at an amazing price. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Great service! Being a college student and not knowing much about cars, its hard to find a place that wont take advantage of you. Station 45 is honest and reliable, calling me that day with what was wrong with my vehicle and fixing it in a timely manner. Ive taken my car there twice in the last year and I will for sure being using them again while Im in Allendale for school! Thanks, guys!
