Was lied to when I purchased a washer and dryer. Was told after 18 payments it was paid off. Only to find out it would not be in had to do a buy out of 640 dollars. The washer and dryer was purchased with warranty that cost more than they did. I didnt get to talk to company when I asked to when the store manager Jessie had called them because they had everything so messed. She knew I had questions that sears lied to me about and quickly hung up with them when she knew I wanted to talk to them. Terrible store manager. I was told sorry we didnt understand the financing you had gotten. Doesnt fix that I paid 4 times the amount for them. Also was not given correct hook-ups for washer and had to spend more money at Bass to even use washer. I will NEVER shop here again. I highly recommend NO ONE buys any appliances here.

Ordered tires off the website....slow delivery, then while my car was in getting tires i figured my have my rear brakes look at. That is done and I needed new pads and rotors. They call and have to get the parts from autozone, guy said it showed take an hour. Go to pick up my car and nobody had gone and gotten the parts, and nobody new anything about it. So my car sat there for two days while they fixed it. Go somewhere else, you have been warned....

Set an appointment 4 days in advance to get my tires rotated and balanced . Apparently the manager does not know how to read an appointment sheet since they did a rotate only and proceeded to tell me it was my fault cause I didnt tell him to balance them when I came in. Plain as day it was in his notes. Didnt even look. Horrible manager.

Brought in for tire wobble. 2 days and 879$$ later they gave it back and my wobble was worse than before and then told me it was going to be another 260$ to take care of the wobble.
