Edit: Daris (Owner) called me and after speaking with him I will definitely consider returning to Ds in the future. Wheel bearing replacement performed 5/16/2017 and 5/17/2017. I pre-booked with an appointment. First time customer and initially I was encouraged by the friendliness of the staff. However, what seemed to be a quick inspection and repair turned into a two day fiasco with little to no communication. Day 1: I was called at 3:30 PM after having brought the car in first thing. I was apologized to for their delay and given a reason for it, but that did not change the fact that I was going to be without my vehicle a second day for a wheel bearing replacement and not because of any issues with my vehicle. Day 2: I called the shop twice in the afternoon to check-in. I was not called when the car was finished. I had to leave work early to pick up my vehicle and knowing when it was complete was important for that. The repair was done well, but the fact that despite having an appointment the repairs were delayed and the communication was lacking means I will consider another shop next time.

Brought them a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse transmission to rebuild. They offered me a warranty to cover the transmission for 20,000 miles, 2 year warranty. I accepted the warranty. Total cost was $1,800 . After 4,000 (5 months) miles I noticed the transmission idling high before shifting into the next gear. So I brought my car in to find the problem. After 4 days I got a call. They said that the part that caused the issue was not under warranty but they could fix everything for $2,800 . I told them I would not like to proceed with their service. When I went to go pick up my car the transmission was disassembled and in boxes inside my vehicle. I had my car towed to my house and started looking through the parts. The transmission filter was cracked and broken in half and the fluid from the transmission stained my car interior ( carpet and seats ). In all it was a very bad experience. I would not recommend Ds Transmission. High cost for repairs and poor quality workmanship.

Was recommended by a friend. Fixed my Audi where EuroTech failed. - good, but a little pricey Sent wife in for oil change and she came back with this quote: Just rear brakes: $322 - $343 - told her they were really bad - (second hand from wife - I do this myself for WAY less) Spark Plugs: $461 (Siennas suck dont do this yourself IMO) Timing Belt and Water Pump: $1004. Pressured my wife on getting this done. Told her the head gasket would go if she didnt - to be fair, her words. Bottom line dont send your wife in with the van to get an oil change. Typical repair shop up-sell. Tried to fix a blown headlight bulb on my Audi and I couldnt get it clipped back in. They charged me $45 in JUST labor to clip in a headlight bulb. 1/2 hour labor. Expensive? Anyway, OK place really. Im still looking for Mr. Right though...not a good feel, but I will go back...if I have to.
