The people are nice which is always a plus, but dont expect to get your vehicle back quickly. Initially was told 3 days for a minor fix on my bumper where someone rolled into me. I had to call them to figure out that they had issues with the paint and were going to take longer. They gave me a new date and time roughly to expect my vehicle and did not hear a thing from them. Here it is over a week later and nothing. So basically they are nice but will leave you in the dark.

I took my car to Landmark Collision and it took them well above the quoted days to repair a fender, some lights, and a bumper. They have quoted me a different day every day I have tried to retrieve my vehicle. Everyone that I have spoken with has also had the exact same problem. The people are friendly but friendly does not equal to timeliness or professional pride. Unless you want your car in the shop for a month for something small, take your vehicle elsewhere.

Go elsewhere! Landmark Collision quoted me one week to repair a tail light and dented bumper. Four weeks later, I am still without my car! Every time I try to speak with someone, it takes about 2-3 phone calls before I finally reach someone who has time to speak with me. They consistently tell me it will be ready "in a few days." It has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I discourage anyone from taking their vehicle there.

The lady at the front desk that helped me was super nice , i think her name was Darlene. They got me in and out within the time frame that i had. If you have to have any repairs done ask for Dana she was very helpful. I highly recommend them.
