This place doesnt even deserve to be open. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont allow them to get any of your hard-earned money! The guy up front is as unprofessional as they come, as hes constantly trashing the paint techs to customers, and when I called after theyd had my car for TWO WEEKS, he just told me theyd get to it when they get to it and that theyd call me, dont call them. Then he hung up on me. When I called right back to see how far along they were and to suggest he let people finish before hanging up on them, he told me I could just come get the car... THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED ON IT YET! A process that MIGHT stretch out to be a week, and they hadnt even started two weeks later. Again, this place doesnt deserve your money- please go somewhere else. I feel like they want you to go somewhere else as badly as I do.

Went to get a dent repair. Dropped my car off last Monday was told it would take about 6 days. This Monday I call (its been a week) because Ive heard nothing from them. I was told it would be an additional few days. I was in the area and stopped by...my car was parked in the same exact spot as I left it and had not even been touched!! This business shouldnt be open if they do not practice common business sense. Why did my car sit for a week untouched? Why not call and say "hey we ordered a part come use your car until the part comes in"? Why did I have to reach out to gather info? I took my car and will get the repair done elsewhere. Any business run that poorly with that much lack of customer care doesnt deserve my business. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Took our 1984 GMC truck to Maaco Murfreesboro and had rust removed, new cab corners installed, and a complete paint job. The guys there were very knowledgeable and did a excellent job. They kept us informed on the process and completed the job earlier then expected. They treated the truck like it was theirs and the price was about 1/2 of what other body shops quoted. The finished product looked better then the other body/paint shops that I visited to get a quote. Very Happy and will use again in the future .

They charged me too much money for the poor work they have done. Gave me the run around saying they will start on the car one day, didnt start until 2 weeks later, then didnt finish another week after the set date. Then didnt notify me when it was completed. Also didnt put my freaking car symbols back on my car then said " oh sorry, that small thing is one thing we forget. Worse place to go to. Wouldnt recommend anyone to go here. Freakin pissed!!!!!

very bad job. I took my rx-8 to them after my buddy cracked my front bumper into a brick mailbox. I took them an after market bumper to paint and put on the car. it took them a little over a week and the bumper looked like a the just sprayed the bumper. They did not sand it well enough because 2 weeks later the paint started chipping. The bumper wasnt molded properly around the lights and it was just an overall terrible job.

The price was the only good thing...but you get what you pay for! The paint job was poor. Had to have it re-done. Then i had to have the bumper plastic re-attached. I shouldve paid more and had it done right. I would give them 0 stars for quality and 4 for price...so i settled on 2 stars for at least having a cheap price.

Got a full repaint, and some bodywork for much less than anybody else would do it. After a couple months the paint started chipping away. Brought it in and they honored the warranty, but it took them longer to fix the paint than it did to paint the entire car in the first place

I had my car entirely painted. After what I had personally done to damage my car, these guys really fixed it. Its not perfect and they could have sanded the base a bit more evenly. However, it looks great. Im very pleased.

Wow just called murfreesboro store. Very unprofessional and pretty much told me they suck and everything that they have been painting lately. Told me its expensive like $200.... What a moron.

the paint job was of poor quality, no sanding done before hand. The sales guy is a complete lair. Took them 3 weeks and still a terrible job!!
