I was told that my car would be ready today. I didnt get that promise signed sealed and delivered, but I depended on it being ready today because of the mans word. I was told I would get a call in the afternoon today when the car was finished, or if they needed more time-which would have been doable bc I could have made arrangements. I missed a call from them at work that just said to call them back. I called back three times and did not receive an answer, and it wasnt even around lunchtime. I needed to know if the car wasnt finished so that I could exchange shifts with another employee bc I WILL NOT have a ride to and from work tomorrow. I finally found out by calling after my shift was over that my car is not ready. I understand that fixing a car can take time but I had the right to know, and bc I was not left a message about my car, nor had my calls returned to me, I am now left wondering what in the world am I going to do? I cant call in work, I have passed my works deadline for switching shifts, and a cab ride from West End to Antioch would be expensive. I will update this review tomorrow when my car is finished/unfinished and give updates on the customer service. As of now Im very unsatisfied.

I am and was a little disappointed with my 2007 Trailblazer that was said to be ready come and pick up. When I got there David was very very nice, good customer service man. There was some things that was not done, just simple things. The rusted bumper frame from the junk yard, was supposed to have been painted, IT WAS NOT DONE. About 24 inches of the pinstripe WAS NOT DONE.My gas cap was almost off when I got gas after I left the shop. My rear door panel was NOT PUT BACK on properly. A rubber seal that goes inside the door panel was out on my seat of the car. My complaint is, my truck was not properly checked after each job was done. I was drawn to Maaco because of the expectation by The CEO. He did not want His franchise to cut corners. So I thought maybe this company in Antioch Tn would follow. The customer service was great. The paint on the bumper looks good. I know of one company that can match the paint perfect even when the die lot is different. You guys have great customer service. But the end of the job has got to match. I would give another chance, based on the customer service.

These guys rock ! We brought an old VW in for a freshen-up. Have never had a car painted before, so started here based on the other reviews. SO glad we ended up here. Jim (and everyone) were super nice, very accommodating to our needs and schedule, and seemed very knowledgable about their work. Gave us a wide range of options, based on how deep we wanted to go into the restoration process. We settled on a middle of the road option, and the car looks AMAZING !! I cant really comment on how their pricing matches up, but from a service perspective, they were great to deal with ... would highly recommend !

My vehicle was side swiped by an 18 Wheeler! Needless to say I was pretty damned upset. I mean to be sitting still and minding your own business and some jerk hits your car.. I was pissed. My Insurance did a good job but recommended a company I used 12 years ago. I called back and declined as I remembered my lights in the other vehicle never work properly again.

What is old can be new again! I took my older Jeep wrangler to Maaco as time had taken its toll on the paint. I almost didnt recognize it when I picked it up as it looked shiny and new! Additionally Macco handled all of the customized detailing. The entire staff was welcoming, honest, timely and the work was exceptional I would recommend Maaco.

Our experience at Maaco was outstanding. Derek took care of us above what is required. Everyone was friendly, professional, and wanted to make us happy and feel secure with their work. We were able to ask questions and got full explanations. Our car is great, this is the best place ever.

WOW, thats all Ive got to say! Derek and his team are fantastic. The took my car and restored it to better than new. He kept me informed every step of the way and it couldnt have turned out better. If you have a car that needs restoration, you couldnt bring it to a better place.

David was my repairman and serviceman. He was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable about his work. He told me what had to be done and comparable prices. He was also efficient and made me feel like I was his only customer. He knows his stuff.

My experience with macco I would rate it at a 5. The customer service was very good. I got my car back in a timely manner. The price was fair I guess . The work was great. And again service was very good. I am a long time customer anyway.

David and Derick are very professional and will bend over backwards for their customers. I had my 2004 Chevy Silverado completely repainted and striped and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
