I thought I would have come out better dealing with Macco than Econo but man was I wrong Macco are more expensive for a far less looking paint job very BASIC! YOU cant even get metallic flake are extra to have your vehicle really stand out Staff a little poorly ran I would say and reason being I was called to come and pick up my vehicle it was so called ready I get there IT WAS NOT READY THEY FORGOT TO PUT ON MY PINSTRIPE The guy up front Jody had to order it and wait for it to arrive I was there for an HOUR! Thats pretty unacceptable for a customer to have to wait that long when under the impression YOUR VEHICLE IS READY TO GO BUT NO YOU HAVE TO WAIT AN HOUR! Then after the long wait and inconvenience I asked for a small discount for my inconvenience of Ten dollars off to Rectify the situation but NO! Now thats how you value a paying customer and show your appreciation right riiight... I CAN PROMISE YOU THEY WILL NOT GET ANYMORE OF MY BUSINESS How hard is it to find a business with a truly cool and pleasant staff who really makes the Customers feel welcomed and appreciated and UNDERSTOOD?! Not like yeah yeah let me get YOUR MONEY I dont know but I will keep looking and TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! THANK YOU

Had a wreck over a year ago now. Brought my car in and they replaced the bumper. Unfortunately the paint began to peel badly and I had to take it back to get re-painted. Well Ive had to take it back 3 times now, so every few months, for them to fix it. Its peeling again now! Theyve been polite each time, but Im tired of going back for something that should already be finished. Bottom line, DONT take your car to maaco. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. Its such a hassle to keep getting my car re-done and not having it for a few days.

I recently had one of my vehicles totaled. I decided to repair it instead of totalling it and the guys at Maaco did an incredible job advising me on what to do. I compared their estimates to others line by line and they were the lowest each time. They guaranteed their price and sure enough, when the bill was due, they charged me the same amount they quoted. These guys are very trust worthy and I was extrememely satisfied with the work on our car. It looks incredible!

I took my daughters Mitsubishi Endeavor there for some body work and affordable paint job...its black so I know its somewhat tricky to get that done well on a low budget. after 2 weeks I went and picked it up and the job they did was beyond my expectations! For the money I spent I could not have gotten a better paint job! It looks great and my daughter will freak when she sees it! I would bring any car there and feel confident they would do a great job!

I am unsure why this place gets bad reviews?? I took my 2001 Honda Civic which had the dreaded clear coat peeling off. It looked terrible! Today I got it back and they matched the paint and it looks better than when I bought it used few years ago!!! Thank you Maaco. They went above and beyond and even attached a piece off the trunk that was falling off. They are very busy, so dont bother with e-mails. Just go down there, get an estimate and get it done.

Picked up my 85 volvo 244 yesterday, and couldnt be happier. Now for me, I opted for a more value based paint level. My car is a bit older, so that was a necessity. I was a bit nervous before seeing the finished product, as a value based paint job in most shops are not very good, but the end product was awesome. Couldnt be happier. Their customer service skills are too notch as well. I highly recommend maaco of Nashville

Ive worked with the folks at Maaco twice, and both times have been great. They do a really nice job of making the damaged area look brand new, and their customer service is flawless. Cost for the work is fair, and theyre pretty quick, too. I highly recommend working with Maaco for your auto paint needs!

I am unsure of the bad review as well. They have a range of products from good to superior on paint quality with respective cost(s). If you want a superior job you have to pay for it. I have been using this company for our business and personal vehicles for at least 10 years with no issues.

the worst workshop ever, not honest and not professionals. all what they car about is to do more work and to get more money from you, my worst experience ever, they did more damage to my car than it had before, my biggest mistake ever was to deal with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
