All I know is that when a company deserves a 5 star review they should get one! I rely pretty heavily on reviews to decide on who I work with (Especially now having moved to a new state with no "Network" of contacts to rely on anymore) and what can I say about Wyman Plumbing & Mechanical? Well our water heater went out in the evening causing quite a bit of drama AND damage. All I can say is that both Tamra and Doug were more then available and so pleasant to work with! They went above and beyond to remain on the phone with me after business hours in the evening to try to support my immediate needs and then arrange for a swift visit to my house to have a new water heater installed. Not only did they go out of their way to work with me outside of business hours, but they were very competitive in pricing and I would most certainly use/refer them in the future. Good solid local company you can rely on without the gimmicky sales pitch and angles most companies like to pull. Support your local SMB, cant go wrong with Wyman Plumbing! :-) Keep up the good work!

My interactions with Wyman plumbing so far have been refreshing! Friendly, concerned, prompt and honest! I was concerned about my septic & Wyman Plumbing worked hard to get out to look at my problem same day which was Saturday! They were willing to come out early evening but I had another commitment. We scheduled first thing Monday but left it that if something opened on Sunday the would call & see if we were available so the could come out! Ultimately we got a call Sunday afternoon & came out. I did not end up having a problem that needed work after checking but while onsite I discussed some of my other pending projects and I will be scheduling them soon to come out & fo that work! The level of customer service so far is so unusual with contractors today & is so valuable! Call Wyman & give them a try! I have already recommended them to one of my good friends!

Water heated failed on Sunday morning, putting water on the garage floor. I called my previous plumber, had to make second call to his emergency number they provided.Said they would call on Monday morning to setup an appointment. I told them NO THANK YOU. Went to "In & Out" magazine and found Wyman Plumbing. Called, a human answer the phone, told him the problem. Doug informed me that he could get the replacement heater and be right over to fix my problem. He before starting gave me a price of about $700.00 for the installation of a new 50 gallon hot water heater. I agreed and he proceeded to fix my problem. When all done, he informed me that I still had some warranty left on the heater and that the bill would be $370.00. WOW, done on a Sunday, at a fair price, and honest. Guess who is my plumber now and any body that want a reference.

Always nice to find a local company, especially a plumber, through local referrals. I noticed our hot water was leaking and went online to find a plumber. So glad I found Wyman Plumbing. From the first call to having a new water heater installed that day, I was impressed with the business. Once it was determined that the old water heater was shot, they researched the possibility the warranty was still good. (We moved here a year ago and no receipt in the previous owners file.) Yea for us, partial warranty still good. The charge for labor was not covered, but their charge for labor was reasonable. Job completed and another satisfied customer. Will keep Wymans number for future plumbing needs. Definitely would recommend them to others.

From Tamra Wymans happy voice on the phone when making the appointment, to the prompt arrival, good pricing, excellent work, and overall friendliness of Doug Wyman — Wyman Plumbing is easy to recommend. It is nice to have a go-to plumber I can trust. My 12-year old water heater was leaking and causing the pedestal it was on to collapse. Wyman Plumbing recommended a handyman and coordinated with them to remove the tank, rebuild the pedestal, and install the new 75-gallon heater... all in one morning. They were patient with all my questions (I ask a lot) and gave guidance on the best water heater for my situation. Using Wyman Plumbing was like having your neighbor help you out, but getting the expertise of an experienced plumber.

What can I say about my experience with Wyman Plumbing...They published a great offer in our local magazine for replacement of a 50-gal. gas hot water heater, including pan, new water valve and piping. It was better than any deal I found on Angies List. It was easy to set up an appt. with Tamra and Doug called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled which worked for me. He completed the job in a timely manner and everything looked and worked perfectly. He cleaned up at the end, leaving the area better than when it got there. The entire experience was first class and I plan to use Wyman again at another property I own.

The best customer service by far. Tamra and Doug are a a local company. I acquired Wyman Plumbing & Machinical through HOME ADVISORS (another great business) anyway, 3 bids were shown to me and Wyman was the third company on the list sent from HOME ADVISORS. I needed help with a plumbing issue in a newly purchased flip in Scottsdale. Tamra called me and I gave her all of the info regarding this plumbing issue. Wyman Plumbing is a wonderful "hometown plumber" for Anthem. The team is courteous, prompt, efficient, and effective! Our master bath remodel plumbing work was quoted very competitively and work performed as scheduled in a very professional manner. An auto-generated email is sent the day before your scheduled work reminding you of the appointment. The customer service phone inquiries and emails are also answered promptly in a very friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend Wyman for all your plumbing needs including repairs, remodel, water heaters, softeners, and gas lines.

Had very good experience with Wyman Plumbing & Mechanical. Water heater leaking started Sunday night. Called Wyman Plumbing and Mechanical and Doug talked me through shutting off water and gas. Leaking stopped so made appointment for new water heater 7:00am Monday morning. Doug arrived right on time and removed old water heater and installed new one. Very professional and friendly. I would call Wyman Plumming first for plumbing problems. And plumbing is not all they do. Lastly the price was excellent for removal, installation of the water heater and cleaning up when done.
