My first initial contact was great, they were able to come out and performed a visual inspect my property FREE of charge, nothing was found. Andrew, the service tech contacted me about the results and recommended a service with special equipment that would locate a leak within the property. The cost for this service was $299.00 I agreed for him to schedule the inspection. He asked for my payment info over the phone (I provided it in good faith, but did not authorize him to run my card before the service was performed). I then received an alert that my card was ran, I considered calling him back but they realized that the service would be performed the next day. Next day, I get a call from Andrew stating their guy was at my property ready to perform the inspection.( I had asked for a 30 min call before arrival since I work and would not be at home, that didnt happen) I rush home and meet Alfredo the inspector that was supposed to inspect my property. He performed a VISUAL inspection of both front, backyard, checked my pool and meter. I pointed out a small leak in my sprinkler system in front of my property and that was that. I then called the plumbing company to ask about the "Special Leak detection" equipment that was supposed to be performed. No one is clear on what happened, I reach out to Andrew and he stated he would call the "Leak detection team" to figure out what happened. He was supposed to call me back that afternoon of course he did not. I called Andrew the next day, he agrees the service that was supposed to be performed was not. I asked him for steps to get a refund and that was when things got worst. He stated that he had already rescheduled the "leak detection team" to come back to my property and perform the service. (Which was a lie, since I had not received a call to ask if I was ok with any specific day/time). At this time I told him "I do not want the service anymore, I cannot trust your company or that other company to do a good job" He said they had invested a lot of time with the initial inspection and asked me if I believed they deserved to get paid at all. I said absolutely not! the service was not performed and I need a refund, since I did not authorize you to run my card the day prior to the service anyways. He stated he was not authorized to give me a refund since they had already paid the "leak detection" company. I would have to call the office for that but he doubted they would be able to help. He stated I could possibly get a partial refund that they would only charge me a "SERVICE FEE" for the initial "FREE VISUAL INSPECTION" I was irate! He does not have authority to give me a full refund but can charge me for a "FREE" service and provide me with a partial discount. I called the office and after much back and forth was able to get my full refund back! Definitely not worth the trouble or time! I felt overwhelmed with emotion and felt taken advantage of. Perhaps because they assumed they could take advantage of a single mother!!!! Never again!

Sunday; 1;30 in the afternoon. I tried replacing an aged water shut off valve that wouldnt shut off completely so I could remove a very slow draining toilet to repair a blockage no amount of plunging/snaking/chemicals would remedy. My replacement job on the valve leaked a trickle of water so I knew it needed needed a real plumber and figured it was time for a pro and called my usual plumbing service. But the soonest they could make it was the next morning. Leak was too bad to wait so I called DiamondBack Plumbing. Was surprised they said they could make it out within an hour and not have an extra charge for it being the weekend. Their tech, Justin, arrived within the hour and fixed my leaking valve replacement. He asked if there was anything else so I told him why I was doing the valve replacement and he tried using his professional auger to clear it. When that didnt work (much to his surprise), he quoted me a more than fair price to remove the toilet and clear out the blockage. I was intending to do that myself (when I first started this endeavor at 11am that morning, I knew the toilet removal, clearing, and replacement would take me two hours at least to complete, if not longer) so I quickly accepted. Justin got the toilet removed, cleared the blockage of mineral deposits and other matter, and put the toilet back on in little time. All for much less than I expected to pay, especially for it being an emergency call on a Sunday afternoon. I like my previous plumbing service; but I love my new one even more and wont hesitate to call DiamondBack Plumbing the next time I find myself in a job that I find goes beyond my own capabilities.

Do your diligence and get pricing Diamondback Plumbing has always been the best priced especially if you need weekend service I have used them twice before. I had called 3 other companies and I am glad I got pricing over the phone otherwise I would have paid more than double. I had a leak in the front yard they gave me some ball park pricing to go by which was great - the other companies I called said they had to come out and look at it - I know that game they get to your house thinking you will have the work done because they are there and they are 2 to 3 times the cost. Always get an estimate from these guys - Thanks Diamondback !!!

I needed a pressure reducing valve installed on my home. After calling around, Diamondback Mechanical offered the competitive price. Not sure if he is the owner but Steve Herzog called me back very quickly to schedule the installation. The plumber (Scott Andrews) was timely, did the job well (no leaks and reduced the pressure going into the home), and had no problem answering my questions as he did the work. If asked by buddies, Id recommend this company.

Great experience with the entire staff! We had a last minute cancellation by another company towards the end of our inspection period and had to find someone last minute that worked on Saturdays. Hilary the dispatcher, Jerry the plumber and Steve the supervisor came to our rescue. They were very prompt to rerun my call and very courteous. I would highly recommend them as a reliable plumbing company from every aspect!

Called at 9pm tonight to ask about my outdoor water source that was leaking from the ball valve for the irrigation system, they immediately answered and said Steve would call me back with any question I had. 1 minute later Steve called back! He explained to me what to do and assured me it would be ok! Thank you Steve for your time I will use you if Im need! Great customer service and amazing response time!

I had a great experience with Diamondback Plumbing. A friend referred this company and said they are great.She gave me their phone number. I called the same day, A gentleman said I will have someone out today in 3-4 hours. Sure enough, he showed up and did the work and explained everything to me and he was Great!
