Last April 11, 2016 I called AHS as my property in Phoenix has plumbing problems. The faucet by the front door for the water hose broke. Amy of AHS was good enough to contact Just Plbg to ask if they could get to my property that afternoon as the City turned off the main line. My tenant didnt have water. Just Plumbing said that they will be there and accepted the referral. After, I hang up with AHS, I googled Just Plumbing. Very very bad review. I still have that feeling that it might be exaggerated. After 2 hours, I called Just Plbg to inquire what time they would be there. Andrea started to be nice, and put me on hold. When she came back, it was a different Andrea talking. She said that there is no reason why the main line should be shot down, as it was outside. They wont be there not until the following day between 2 - 6pm. The main line was shot down by the City as water was heavily running and spraying all over the place. Just Plumbing just took the job but no intention of going there the same day. What a trick - now the reviews of 95% of the people are becoming clear that they take advantage of people. By the way, I prepaid service fee of $100.00 as my tenant does not have money thru AHS. The following day, a plumber showed up. Looked around and made a decision that the cause of the problem was ABUSE AND NOT WEAR & TEAR. He was charging my tenant $325.00 if she wants it fixed. My tenant did not sign the paper he wanted her to sign and the plumber called AHS. When I called AHS, I told Amy that the property was build in 1988, how could it be abuse. I am sure the faucet being outside has rusted and burst because of the age of the parts or faucet. I requested for second opinion, and AHS is recommending CNJ. While we were talking, I googled this CNJ Company. Same review as Just Plumbing (MAKING MONEY OF THE REFERRAL). And AHS said that I will be paying another service fee of $100.00 if the opinion is the same. I put this second opinion on hold and called my tenant. So happen, that a neighbor where she was asking for water from last night till that day recommended a plumbing company. The Plumbing company said that it was all rusted and the faucet and line were old. He changed 2 parts and charged my tenant $50.00 and they had water that night. Called AHS again and tried to get back my service fee of $100.00, THEY WONT GIVE IT BACK. I MADE IT KNOWN, THAT THE VENDORS THEY ARE USING ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR REFERRAL. WE US THE MEMBERS SHOULD GET REPUTABLE VENDORS AS WE ARE PAYING MONTHLY FEES AND SERVICE FEE WHEN THE PROBLEM ARISE. IT IS THERE RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND PEOPLE IN OUR HOUSE HONEST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. JUST PLUMBING IS NOT QUALIFIED TO REPRESENT SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. AMERICAN HOME SHIELD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR (CHRIS) DOES NOT CARE. ANOTHER AS#%^&*&. STAY AWAY FROM JUST PLUMBING. IT IS A FAMILY OWNED COMPANY BUT IS ONLY SURVIVING THE BUSINESS BY SCAMMING, GIVE WRONG DIAGNOSIS TO MAKE MONEY. BELIEVE ME, JUST HEARING THE NAME OF THE COMPANY MAKES ME MAD. If I can give NO STAR, I would; but the only choice is from 1 to 5 stars.

HORRIBLE! They were sent out by my home warranty company for my leaking water heater and drippy faucet. My experience with the technician himself was just ok. He seemed nice enough and generally knowledgeable. He relayed the obvious to the home warranty company - the water heater needed to be replaced and a part in the faucet needed replaced. On Monday he told the warranty company they would have the the water heater installed by Wednesday. Even though it seemed like a long time to go without hot water I agreed. Then, he called his office to schedule the installation and advised me they wouldnt be able to install until Friday. This is a normal everyday repair for them. Why in the world would I need to go that long without hot water??? The home warranty wouldve sent it to another company if they knew it was going to take that long. I call the warranty company and they called Just Plumbing... The best they could do was put me as #2 on a cancellation list but it was very likely they would have the water heater installed by Wednesday. I call Just Plumbing on Wednesday and they inform me there still havent been any cancellations. I ask the very rude dispatcher why it takes so long for a water heater to be installed. Im expecting something like we are really busy, I have technicians on vacation or something of that sort. Nope.... She tells me it is my home warranties fault because they take forever to SHIP the water heater to them. What????? I gave her the chance to recant he story... Youre telling me the home warranty ships you the water heater and then you install it? She says very rudely, "Thats what I said." I know for a fact that is not true because the technician explained their process and when the home warranty called me to confirm that they approved the repair I asked what type of water heater was approved. I was advised to speak to the plumbing company because it is at their discretion and it depends on who their supplier is. I cant deal with liars. I canceled the install and the home warranty is paying me directly to have someone else come out. The plumber that came to my house the last time I called the home warranty is coming out same day to do the water heater install. Another note.... The plumber turned off the water at the sink to fix the drippy faucet and it soaked everything under my sink. He did fix the faucet but didnt mention the shut off valve was leaking so I didnt notice until there was so much water it was on the bathroom floor the next day. I turned the water back on under the sink and it stopped leaking. I know that may seem crazy but sometimes shut off valves leak in certain positions and not others. My other plumber will also replace the shut off valve.

I Do Not recommend! RUN RUN RUN Here is a small portion my experience with them. I was referred to Just Plumbing through my Home warranty Company (AHS) and they were unable to come out for 3-4 days. From the very beginning, they were extremely rude over the phone, especially when I had the nerve to ask for a call ahead when the tech was on his way, so I could let my tenants know when to accept them...I should have walked away right then. This repair was for kind of a specialty toilet, so I tried to find out if they had any parts for that design in stock or at least give them some notice so they could maybe bring the part that was broken with them, the customer service lady refused to even notate the work order as she said only the plumber could decided what was needed or not. They finally showed up unannounced today, with no call ahead as requested, to the surprise of my tenants. Technician took a look at the toilet and surprise, surprise, no parts. They didnt call me but instead informed My tenant that they would order a part and be back in 7-10 days? They never bothered to call me or the home warranty company with an update. When I called to check on the status, I was basically called a liar and told that there is no way I wasnt called ahead of time because the technician would have said so. Then they really got rude. I explained that I really have no reason to lie about this and it was important that I can keep my tenants informed when somebody is going to show up. Lots of really ugly language later and I told them no more, I was done. Something is wrong with these people. It felt to me like all they wanted was the service call all along or that my repair wasnt important enough for them. Either way, Shame on you guys. You are never allowed to step foot in one of my properties again. There is no integrity or customer service with this company based on my experience with them.
