Sadly, I hired bluefrog plumbing for a Pre Home plumbing inspection prior to purchase to send a camera down my lines. My toilets were NOT lifted to send the camera down,, the camera was sent down outside cleanup to the sewer and back into the home minimally(cameras do not turn corners or Ts) the front of home clean outs were not accessed. The integrity of the pipe from back clean out to sewer/alley city access was assessed however the cast iron beneath my home was NOT assessed and it is collapsing and completely needs replaced. A HUGE Major cost. I was not told only a small part of the line was visualized with the camera about 20 ft, not the entire integrity of the plumbing beneath my home. one clean out was assessed not the front of home ones. I would not have purchased this home if the camera inspection was done correctly and sent down the toilet lines or front clean outs as its very very very evident it needs completely re done. they only used the camera to inspect the back yard new pipe from home to alley to sewer the cast iron piping/plumbing beneath my home was not assessed or inspected

Reached out to Bluefrog on Aug 18 2017, as I was going through a nightmare situation with the Veterans Plumbing and Drain LLC sent by my home warranty team. Alex was the plumber and he was right on time around 12 PM, time given to me for his arrival was 12 - 2 PM. He told me what he will be doing and after getting all the details he wanted, his diagnosis started. Within 20 mins Alex found the issue and told me it was with the valve and not with the thermocouple and burner assembly as the Veterans plumber said. He made couple of calls and around 2:20 pm came with the spare. Within the next 20 mins my gas water heater was up and running. I also enrolled myself in their Elite membership when he left as I can trust Alex and BlueFrog for my plumbing needs. Pros: - Upfront and Trustworthy - No hidden agenda - My things were safe. Unlike the other company plumber who stole my serial number plate from the heater - Quick and clean Cons: - Not anything that I could say

We schedule an appointment for today from 12 - 2 and there was no show. They first quoted the price very high close to 1,000 and ended up cutting it down by 300. I think they are just making prices up. Now we are left with no bathtub still. We ended up finding a better company called "Aqualine plumbing" that is charging us 625 nothing higher. I would not recommend this company if they will put off a schedule appointment.

Had to call a Plumber yesterday for a leak that was unknown where it was coming from. I called Bullfrog Plumbing. They Sent Juan. He was prompt and courteous. He knew exactly how to pin point my problem and fixed it quickly. He explained everything to me and I was very happy, Now I just have to dry everything out that got soaked. Very professional on the phone and responded quickly. We had a very slow drain in one of the bathroom sinks that seemed to be getting worse. They responded same day, fixed the problem and checked other drains in home to make sure everything was working properly. Thought the price was reasonable and will use them again if the need arises.
