What a great find! We live in an older home with older pipes. These guys are real plumbers. They have been around for a long time and are clearly very skilled and experienced, and able to handle any job, any situation. Albert was the plumber that came and responded to the call with our severely backed up sink. He was kind, courteous, professional, and got the job done right. He also gave us a very fair price for the work he did. I would recommend WJ Maloney Plumbing Company to anyone in need of Plumbing work. Two thumbs up, and five stars for these guys!

Save your money and do not call this place. They do not even deserve 1 star. They charged 99.00 dollars to come out and wanted to charge another 1400.00 for a shut off valve replacement and outside faucet. We called faucet doctor and they did the entire job for 229.00. Do not let this company scam you!!!!!! We work hard for our money and companies like this do not deserve to be in business! The manager called us after the review. He apologized and gave us a refund of 99.00.

I had previously (several years ago) used WJ Maloney for some plumbing work and they were reasonable then. When I had them come quote me for a new shutoff valve for my house, they quoted over $1000. I called another plumber (Quail Plumbing) that is doing it for less than $200. For the pleasure of Maloneys 5x normal cost quote they are charging me $49 for a service call. In comparison Quail gave me a quoted range over the phone with no hassle and no service charge.

The technician Albert Chavez came to my house and was very honest, professional and thorough with his work. Within minutes he found my leak and even gave me the option to fix it myself at a lower price while explaining to me the pros and cons of doing it myself now thats the kind of service and options that will make me a loyal customer for the future! After accidentally losing a very important necklace down the drain, I panicked. I called them before noon and they said they could have someone out between 2-4. They then called back about a hour later and said someone could be by at 1:30. Im very grateful for the help they provided and how timely it all happened. Fast service, Bryan (Plumber) was an honest expert in his field. Great advice and fast work. Took a star off because the customer service rep decided not to disclose baseline charges upfront. It makes the exchange feel like bait and switch. Overall the cost was reasonable which makes the customer service reps communications seem unnecessary.

Union company so you will be over charged to pay off union fat cats! Kitty expects every tech to bring in $25k per month! The techs are trained to make you feel good getting over charged, kitty pays A LOT of $ for this training when management IS the problem.

This company is a bunch of crooks. They charge way to much and do crappy work. Trying to get them back is impossible after you pay them. Unfortunately I have to contact the ROC. Dont waste your time. There are so many other creditable plumbers out there.
