I give these two lousy plumbers 1 star because there wasnt an option to give them none. I called at 12:30 pm and was given an estimated time of 3 to 4:30pm for a call back when the plumber would be on his way. I got a call at 4:29 pm to say a gentleman with a name of Abby was on his way to my residence, and that he was very friendly and a family oriented person. When the person name Juan came to my door and introduced himself I was a bit surprised but okay. He ask what the problem was and I explained that neither my shower nor bathtub were draining. He went down to the front bathroom looked at it and ask if I had power in the bathroom. When I showed him the outlet that I did have, he shook his head and said no that wont work. I said he could run a cord from the living room. He went out to his truck got the electric snake and ran it down the drain. He was at my home for a total of about 30 minutes and gave me a bill for 85 dollars. He probably didnt say more than 15 words to me and I had to ask him to repeat himself each time, as he did not speak English well, and I dont understand Spanish. If you need a plumber because your shower and tub wont drain save your self some time and money and go to Lowes and rent the snake for 50 dollars for a two hour period and do it yourself. The help there will speak your language and not leave you feeling like you have just been scammed. Also these guys dont like to take credit cards, when ask if they take credit cards he said he would prefer a check, my reply was I prefer a credit card, he had to call and have the card taken over the phone. Before posting my comment I called Joe the owner to let him know that I was posting this review and he said oh thank you, when I told him it wasnt a good review he got defensive in my opinion and made comments like that in my mind the service was not good and he had just received a call about how well Juan had done on the last job before coming to my home, I explained that I was not the only one whom had given him a bad review, and for me, in my mind I was the only one who matter.

I have used Joe on 3 projects. 1. To replace a toilet 2. To replace a leak from the outside faucet 3. To replace the shower unit in a old shower. Joe called me promptly and was very informative. I was given an estimate for each project and Joe never pressured me to approve the work or push me into anything. He was great at explaining the process to me and very good and pricing. For each project I got 3 estimates and Joe was not the cheapest or the most expensive he was average and the reason he got the work is because he made me feel he was honest and upstanding. He always communicated with me when the plumbers would arrive and one occasion they were running late and they called me to let me know and even asked me if I wanted to reschedule to a more convenient time for me.. That was better then the cable company...When the worker showed up they were polite and great and communicating and letting me know when they were half way finished so I could know how to schedule my day and time . THAT WAS GREAT.. They finished the project and I have not had any problems at all - I WILL ALWAYS call JOE for my plumbing needs.. He and his employees are GREAT, HONEST, and RELIABLE. I wish all my house repairs were performed by Joe and his employees. I always text Joe and email Joe my communication or my home project needs and I AM A VERY SATISTIFIED CUSTOMER and will call again... THANK YOU JOE for your professional work and employees. How to begin. My uncle had just passed (who was a father to me) and there was a lot of issues through out his home and coming from California to deal with his estate I had no idea on a good plumber. Please dont forget how emotional my uncles death was to me and my mental state. So I found 2 Good Plumbers and contacted Joe. I couldnt believe that he answered on my first call and was so understanding and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Since I am not a plumber I spoke in a foreign language, but that didnt stop Joe from knowing exactly what needed to be done. I cant begin to thank him and his company for their kindness and excellent work. I felt when it was done it was done. The cost was the best and he doesnt take you for a ride. If your elderly please use him, he wont take you because your old and a great victim as so many other company do. I came home to a strong gas smell after work, yesterday. I called SW Gas only to find out that I had a gas line leak that I was responsible for. Imagine how scary that is to hear when you live on a tight budget. The first plumbing company I called was not very helpful at all. Then I called Joe at 2 Good Plumbers. I will tell you right now that I am very blessed to have found this company. Joe actually answered the phone. He and his assistant came out the same day and were able to find and fix the line leak for me. I was very nervous about what the cost was going to be. Let me tell you, I honestly could not believe how reasonable the price was. Again, blessed. I will not think twice the next time I have a plumbing need. There is no one else in this valley I will call. Trust me, you are not going to find a better price or a nicer guy.

I absolutely would give these 2 Good Plumbers 8 thumbs up if I actually had 8 thumbs. They were amazing. I had received several quotes on a project I really didnt want to deal with and when they came out, I could tell they were honest and straight forward. I have had so many bad experiences with various contractors in the past, these boys lived up and surpassed my expectations. I am so impressed that I sent their information to all my friends. It is hard these days to find good, honest people who believe in quality work at a fair price, and I have been blessed to have meet them. I called about a new job in December, and even though it was a ways out, I wanted to make sure that they would be available for me because I will never have anyone else work on my home. I found the diamond!

I was very happy with the service provided. Joe was prompt in his arrival, (on a Sunday no less) took the time to educate me as to what the problem was. Based on my prompting he checked a couple of other issues that I was having. He cleared the drain and then we scheduled a follow up visit. His partner Juan arrived on time and Joe arrived shortly after to finish the job. In the next 24 hours after they left, I realized that a sink issue that I had been living with for the last 5 years was gone! Friendly, clean and thorough AND the price was right! I highly recommend 2 Good Plumbers, one suggestion...change your name to 2 Great Plumbers! Thanks again, Karen
