I have been a long time customer of City Plumbing and in the past they were competent and did a good job at a fair price. However, things have changed. Last November I call City Plumbing regarding replacement of a dump trap, or tub trap as it is sometimes called. We had just had a cold snap and they were swamped so I told the lady who took the call to call me back when activity slowed down. I never heard from them. I recently called again and talked to Matt the owner regarding the same situation. When I spoke to Matt I told him of my November 2014 experience and that no one ever called me back or contacted me. He assured me he would be at my home on Friday, May 22nd. I stayed home all afternoon and never saw him or anyone else and I never received a telephone call. Today is Wednesday the 27th and still no word from him. City Plumbing may have been competent in the past, but they are not someone you want to call if you really have a problem as they not only dont show up; they dont bother to call and reschedule or contact you in any way. I like doing business with a local business especially when they are located only a few blocks away. However, Matt had two chances to do the job and failed to do anything. City Plumbing is off my list of approved plumbers. I have contacted another plumbing company because I shouldnt of had to contact them two times and that is one time too many and I dont think they care about their customers. Very poor customer service. I gave them one star mainly because that is the lowest I can go.

Called City Plumbing for a plumbing job at our house. They come when they say they will and do a fast and great job. Their rates are far better than other plumbers we called. Matt is knowledgeable and friendly. Weve used them twice. I would recommend this business.

City Plumbing and Heating was over to work on my new home several times. They were caring, efficient and affordable. Our problems were immediately fixed. I will NEVER do business anywhere else!
