When you call any service company there is always a worry that they will overcharge or suggest services that you don’t need. This is absolutely not the case with City Wide Plumbing. After a plumber from our home warranty company told us we needed to do some preventative repairs, I called City Wide for a second opinion. One of their plumbers came to the house, did a thorough inspection and told me that there was no reason in the world to do the repairs that had been suggested. After that, they had a customer in my - for life. We have used them for three plumbing issues after that initial experience and I cannot say enough about their professionalism, punctuality, attitude, and most importantly their expertise. I wouldn’t let another plumber in my house after City Wide!

Just wanted to thank everyone at City Wide Plumbing service. Stacy at the office was very helpful getting us scheduled right away. Robert and Lou are excellent service sales technicians. They where honest courteous also extremely knowledgeable. They offered information that could help anyone save money in a pinch. They believe doing the job right the first time. This makes all the difference these days! The go the extra mile attitude was quite pleasing. All the while making customer satisfaction their number one priority. Absolutely fantastic, I’ve been using City Wide for over 11 years and trust them for everything I need in my home and business offices. They fixed my slab leak at home, installed new water heater, installed and maintained my RO systems, re-plumbed my kitchen remodel, I had my bathrooms remolded with pedestal sinks and new toilets, the even fixed my broken garden house spout. They always call back or call ahead to let me know whose coming and what time they will be there. I really appreciate the professional courteous service and thank them for such a great value in return.

Prompt and courteous...but. Replaced pressure relief valve on water heater and wax wing on toilet. Estimate provided was without breakdown of labor/materials. Now I know why: total labor expended for both jobs was only 35 minutes from technicians estimate to final bill being paid. Wax ring part = +- $5-$10. Dont know about cost of simple pressure relief valve for water heater but, was able to use my existing copper drain tubing.....total bill $324.14. Yikes and ridiculous. Licensed plumbers ARE expensive??

We have used City Wide for a number of our Rental Properties as well as my own personal home as well as my parents house. We have done everything from water heaters, copper piping, and updating all the valves to quarter turns. Each of the technicians have always been prompt in their appointments, and always reasonable with pricing. As a real estate agent, I absolutely recommend using City Wide personally, and as well as a referral for clients for repairs or inspection purposes!

Have used them on many occasions for different properties and different reasons and will NEVER use them again. Technicians are more inclined to sell new parts instead of trouble shooting the problem and fixing the problem. We stopped using them for awhile and tried them again, only with the same result! Technician couldnt even answer question about the problem, except that it needed to be replaced. Bogus! Consumer beware!

I am a 25,000sq ft business in Tempe, AZ. Everything was exactly as appears in their marketing. Made a phone call at 9am, spoke to Stacy. Their technician Lou was in the door before 10am, repaired two fouled toilets and the price paid was less that quoted at the beginning. Awesome service and very helpful. Had a clogged kitchen drain and they sent someone out within the day to get it fixed and running smoothly. After getting quotes from several plumbers, City Wide had the most reasonable rate and positive reviews. Lou came out within 20 minutes of making the call and had our leak fixed in under 40 minutes at the rate we were quoted. Exceptional and fair.
