This experience was very pleasant and easy. Yesterday we noticed our toilet wasnt flushing properly and almost seemed to be clogged. We had tried the normal household things you can do to remedy the situation. We only have one bathroom so needless to say we need our only bathroom to work properly and needed it taken care of that day. I had called multiple people who said they couldnt come out same day, luckily I contacted Old School Plumbing and he said he could be there in an hour and a half. I explained to him what I was experiencing and he gave me a quote over the phone, which I appreciate since I am on a budget. They arrived on time, actually a bit early. He snaked the toilet and noticed that we were using an incorrect handle that didnt allow the toilet to flush properly, he said that could be the cause of the clogging. He was able to provide the correct handle, he did this at a discount since he said it was off a broken toilet which I thought was very kind. He also noted the after market fill valve we were using wasnt necessarily designed for our toilet and said that if we have any more problems he could order the one that comes with the toilet but he didnt pressure us and I feel he only suggested services and products that were actually needed. Truthfully I usually hate having anything serviced in my house because a lot of times I feel taken advantage of with services I dont actually need and the cost is usually outrageous but this was such a refreshing experience to have an honest repairmen take care of the problem. It was funny because after they left, my husband made sure I kept their information for the future. I will definitely trust them again with my plumbing needs!

Old school plumbing is amazing! We had a number of issues I just didnt have the skill to fix on my own (main water shutoff, washing machine spigot, and drier gas line). He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone (way lower than most in the area, and lower than my out of town plumber cousin expected from a good salt lake plumber) came out within the week, did a better/nicer job than I expected and charged less than quoted because it wad a little less complex than he expected. They did such a fantastic job, very low rate, and were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Kim from Old School Plumbing was amazing. We decided that we were going to do a bathroom project and well need I say Plumbing got in the way. After calling a couple of other plumbers and getting the run around and oh sorry we are not available, we got a hold of Kim. He came right out with a smile and fixed our plumbing in no time. We were expecting for him to tell us how outrageous the price was going to be but to our surprise it was more than reasonable. Thank You Kim... now we can finish our bathroom project.

I called Kim from Old School Plumbing yesterday for a plumbing problem that weve had for a couple weeks without being able to fix. Over the phone he was very helpful in helping me figure out some options I had. Then he was able to come to our place within a few hours from my phone call. He got right to work and was able to fix my problem quickly. He was courteous, efficient and fair, and I know Ill be using him again if we have any other plumbing problems.

I am completely impressed by this company. I had my counter-top and sink changed out, I had so many questions. Kim, was amazingly nice to me and answered all of my questions plus gave me great information even if I wasnt going to use his company. Long story short...they did an incredible job plus some. What more can I ask for? I will definitely use them again. Super job guys!!! Thank you a million times over.

The guy that came to look at our plumbing issue told me he had to come back because he was swamped (left things half finished) then called and told me i had to find someone else because he was swamped and couldnt fix it. Very disappointed.
