If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I had a cartidge replaced in my tub in April and 5 months later Im getting the same cartridge replaced again. Upon removing the old cartridge the first time it had been 6 years since the initial replacement in April 2016 so Im not sure why it would need to be replaced in just 5 months. I called to see if there was any warranty or service warranty for the cartidge installed in.April and was instantly laughed at by the person on the phone. He proceeded to ask me when I had the work completed and I told him,April and was further laughed at. It was completely disrespectful and could have easily been answered with a simple no. I will never go back to this company for any plumbing needs Ill seek service elsewhere and urge others to do the same after todays apparently funny phone call. If you like wasting your money and being laughed at by their employees who answer the phone... by all means theyre the ones you should call.

Very pleased, they know what they are doing. I was looking for a replacementvalve for my washing machine outlet box. The big stores did not carry a part that was compatible with my setup...they would have required me to get into the drywall to make the repair. Maricopa Mt Plumbing had the part and gifted it to me for Thanksgiving. They asked that I come back. I will.

I WILL NOT contact a business without a website in this day of technology. To me, thats a red flag and makes me very skeptical. If they are not savvy enough to have their services outlined on the internet, why would I ever trust them with my pipes and plumbing? GET A WEB SITE! If you have a website, publish it.

John has been a pleasure to work with. We had a leak from our soft water tank/pipes and he was able to arrange a next-day appointment and he fixed the leak quickly. He is quite knowledgeable and fair with pricing. We will definitely use Maricopa Mountain Plumbing in the future for any other jobs.
